Disappointed stay

Cons: At least one free cup of coffee in the morning
The overall hotel was okay, but the bed mattress appeared broke down as I always felt as if I was going to roll off. the last time I stayed I was given a coupon for a free cup of coffee in the mornings. this trip they had discontinued the free cup of coffee. At the price of the room and resort fees I would expect at least one cup of coffee. next trip I will stay at a different hotel.

Stinks

I asked for a non smoking room, didn't get one. I swear that was the worst smelling motel room I've ever been in and I'm a truck driver so think about that. Pillows were flat and hard very uncomfortable. Got two small beds instead of the king I asked for Typical casino but the rooms are terrible.

Worst customer service I've ever recieved.

It took me over 3 hours to check into my room after all the grief they gave me checking into my room. At one point they weren't going to let me check in till the morning I arrived at 12 midnight. When I asked the girl what am I supposed to do until tomorrow morning her response was "maybe you should take your business elsewhere on the strip". I finally got to check into my room and was told I didn't get the room I had requested, however after the 3 hour wait I didn't feel like arguing anymore. I went up to the room wanting to take a shower and discovered my room had no shampoo or conditioner. I let this go and decided to just go to sleep and deal with it in the morning. In the morning when I went to the front desk to speak with a manager, they brought out a supervisor who was the worst of the entire group. I told him what had happend and his only response was a shrug and "that's unfortunate" .. I asked is anything going to be done regarding the rudeness of the staff and the difficult time I had checking in? Again all I got was a shrug and smirk. I said to him business must be pretty good for you to treat customers like this and all he did was sit there and smirk at me. I asked if I could atleast get some shampoo and conditioner in my room and again all I got was a shrug. (My entire 5 night stay I did not have shampoo and conditioner in my room) I informed him I would never book this hotel again nor would I ever recommend it.

This is an older hotel on the strip, but i enjoyed the stay the rooms are spacious and clean, considering the age of building.Close enough to the action on the strip.

they didn't give us the room I ask when I make my reservation I ask for a room with a king size bed and they gives us a two bed also I didn't like the view from the room

Booked my second honeymoon over 9 mos in advance. Was told at check in that all king rooms were booked all ready. Really I booked 9 mos earlier and to top it off the best room was on the 3rd floor right above the night club that plays music every night till 3am. Seriously!!!!!! Never never staying here again. Not at all accommodating. ........

First, it took me three tries to obtain electronic keys that were functional; each time I had to revisit a long line, in spite of the staffs recommendation to go to some alternate line for faster service (which apparently didn't exist)--this was for room 856A. Another family party had checked into 843 without incident. Other problems discovered: 856A: Bathtub with a completely clogged drain Very dirty bath curtain non functional clock one very obnoxious loud guest making an appearance about 11:00 p.m. in the hallway. False Fire Alarm at 2:00 a.m. 843: Shower with a door that wouldn't open past 12" (one party was unable to take a shower) An electronic door lock that was non functional (the door would not lock upon exit) False Fire Alarm at 2:00 a.m.
