Not a hotel to write home aboutPosted Apr 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
I have been in the hotel business in the front office and night audit for several 3 and 4 star hotels for many years and am very critical about attitude and performance hotel staff in general. We stayed for one night only but that was enough. The clerk that checked us in had left her smile home but okay, she did her job, checking in. I had asked for a higher floor room so Rm 421 seemed to be okay. It has interconnecting doors with Rm 423. But boy, did I found out how thin those walls are. A couple that came in (or back) at 3.30am were extremely noisy and kept it going for a few hours. So our sleep was over for the night. As it was only for one night, I kept my quiet, but wondered if they have no security that checks the floors once in a while. For the rest, we were too short in the hotel to have an opinion. We basically checked in the afternoon, went out to see a show and checked out the next day.

Nice hotel walking distance from convention centerPosted Jan 13, 2013
The smell of carpet deodorizer in the hall was noxious - carpet should be replaced. Room was too dim & needed a ceiling light. Housekeeping missed cleaning our room, but towels & cups were brought when requested. Bed was comfortable, fridge was cold & quiet, and room was spacious. More table/counter space would have been very helpful. Walking distance to convention center. Really would have liked a breakfast buffet option. The restaurant downstairs is excellent, but no breakfast available. Nice not to have to go through a casino to get to your room.

Nice place to stayPosted Sep 25, 2012
The only problem was, even when I put "maid service needed" on my door, There was no service done for 2 days. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

Cheap hotelPosted Sep 18, 2012
Pros: Bar and dance floor
Cons: Customer Service at front desk
Location: Its ok seemed far once you were at the other end of strip
You basically get what you pay for. Rooms are not that great, looks out dated. Service at front desk was poorly they weren't friendly at all or happy that staying there.

Near to strip ~ 50 yardsPosted Aug 20, 2012
Location: Very good
Near to Strip.... and all most all big casinos.... BAR is costly... good for sort periods... I took the studio.. it was quite comfortable.. since i spent more time on Strip.... Very good by price ... you can enjoy its whole day pool side and bar (little expensive)... I like it .. I may book again... Have a good trip my friends!!!
