"Rumor has it that the hotel could be better."

Pros: The rooms are nice! I enjoy having little mini stay cations here with my significant other, but I feel like the beds and the sofas are uncomfortable.
Cons: The parking needs to be bigger! Also Rumor needs to get rid of those pesky frogs!!! I hate having to go here and have one jump on me!!!
Location: It's very close to the strip which is very convenient!
The hotel is nice, but could be better. The rooms are decent, but I wish I could say the same for the environment. One of the things I hate the most about the place is that there's frogs at the center of the hotel where the grass and pool is at. Also I wish there was more parking available. The parking is too small!

Pros: Unlike a motel, which was about the same quality, it did have a few nice upgrades, like a great showerhead and faucet.
Cons: Well, the faucets weren't tightened, there was no sheer curtain, the back door did not lock, the carpet was crispy, the mattress was cheap.
Location: UNLV, hard rock.
Beware, the pictures look great, but the actual room and facilities are not. If you're spending less than $50 and need to cheap out, sure, go for it. If you're going to be too drunk to care, sure, go for it. The outside opens to their "resort" area, but the back door did not lock. The drapes only had blackout curtains, there was no sheer curtain so your room was either pitch black or people could easily see in. The carpet was..."crispy" when you stepped on it. You can hear the springs squeek in the mattress, it was not supportive or cushioned. In short, I would have preferred to stay at a motel, since I would have known what I was getting.

It's was a nice experience rooms are nice as well although it was abit pricey for booking two months ahead besides the other rooms I found later about two weeks before my trip it's about a 5 min drive to Vegas strip and there is a lot of stores around the place like CVS liquor store that are very important right overall it was very good place to stay on my trip to Las Vegas .

We stayed in this hotel because it was close to the airport. The bed was wonderful, the room clean. The website advertises a restaurant, and the breakfast was great. However, getting a glass wine glass for our room was impossible. There is a certain unevenness to the experience, but the staff was available and ready to help, and a few items, like making sure there is a clock in the room, and enough wine glasses that you could have one in the room, would round it out. This is also a very young oriented hotel.

The worst ever did not sleep called guest services 6 times to quiet down the loud party next to my room, music loud and annoying all night. It was cold went to bed with a sweeter on all their was on the bed was sheets.

The rooms themselves are really cool. Great attention to detail and really chic decor. that's where the fun ends. The remotes for the TV and air conditioning were both missing, you couldn't turn the ac off manually and it was set on high. I called the front desk 3 times and waited a total of 3.5 hours to finally get it resolved. The woman working the at 12:30am was passive aggressive and condescending. The other two front desk people were very pleasant but couldn't get anything done in a reasonable amount of time.

Pros: Loved the soaker tub in the bedroom and enjoyed lying in the tub and watching television. Really enjoyed the hammock and hot tub outside as well.
Cons: Extend hours for food service - replace the bathtubs, replace the depressing creepy artwork in the grey rooms,
Location: I enjoyed being across the street from the Hard Rock Hotel as well as the convenience of the supermarket across the street.
This was a lovely hotel in many aspects, the property is aesthetically pleasing: lovely hammocks for relaxing day in the sunshine. When I checked in - I was sent to a very depressing room on the lobby floor with grey walls, and dark and slightly creepy artwork. The windows opened onto hotel driveway where all the taxis pick and drop off. I requested to be moved, and the hotel staff was very accommodating. My new room had the same dark grey walls and the same image which gave me the creeps, but since I was upgraded to a suite at no extra charge, I just closed the doors leading to the sleeping area and was able to minimize how often I had to look at the artwork. The view of the cabana, pool and hammocks was beautiful. There were a lot of rough looking young people staying at the hotel and they partied outside until all hours of the night. I was also concerned that I had to walk through the lobby and back outdoors again to get to the portion of the building in which my room was located - I was approached by young drunk men a couple times when I returned to the hotel late at night and had to walk past them alone to get to my building. Overall the hotel lobby and restaurant is very cute. Disappointed by room service and the very limited hours for which food services are available at this hotel. The bathtub appeared as if it had been refinished several times and the finish was coming off again, and the shower floor looked dirty and slimy so I didn't even use it.

I DO NOT recommend this hotel for anyone to stay in. Checking in was at 4pm but we couldn't chackIn until 6, i was told the room I booked was flooded and told to wait ...they gave us another room at the end but the room smells, customer service was bad. It was a very disappointing experience.
