OK hotel for a quick stay.

Posted Aug 12, 2014
Location: 15-20 to the strip
The room size was acceptable but the bathroom was quite small. The beds were quite soft but acceptable. We had to call down to the front desk because the digital clock was not lit up properly (couldn't read the numbers). When we returned in the evening the clock had been replaced but the packaging from the box was left on the bed, night stand and floor. The room needed to be dusted!!!! Also if you ask room service for extra towels it should be noted that everyday of your stay you need extra towels .Our bed was made up every day but the coverlet and throw pillows were never replace on the bed. They were left on the other bed and chair in the room. Spoke to the front desk about our issues but were never corrected.

Something for everyone in the family

Pros: I like that you have activities in your hotel to entertain children besides just an arcade.
Cons: The bathrooms are way too small.
Location: Not far from Downtown Vegas and the Strip.
Unfortunately I was visiting from out of town on personal family business and not for pleasure. Stayed at the Santa Fe Station Casino and hotel due to the proximity to their home. Would stay again for pleasure next time and bring my grandkids.

Room was old, shower was just a hole in the wall. Don't go if you want a nice hotel room.

Pros: nothing comes to mind--even access to the hotel registration desk is clumsy, not to mention parking garage access, which caters to valet-only customer
Cons: overall room cleanliness
poorly maintained, unfriendly, could-care-less attitude of staff, extremely noisy air conditioner in room, poor quality mattresses and pillows

Wifi not up to par

Posted Jul 4, 2014
Pros: Clean
Cons: Resort fee
The hotel is clean and we'll lit. Like because it's close to expressway and not on the strip. Pool is very small and the internet would not work any of the time we were there. To pay the resort fee of $15 a day and not use any of the things it's for makes you angry.

Great hotel for a "staycation"

Posted Jul 3, 2014
Came to this hotel with my girlfriend a few weeks back. The hotel staff was friendly when checking in, and helped me quickly resolve a reservation issue. While the Santa Fe isn't one of the fanciest hotels here in Vegas, it served our purpose. We were able to take a few days to ourselves and enjoy the hotel, the room, the food court and theater without having to leave in our car. All in all, the hotel was clean and adequate for our mini vacation, without costing more than $100 for two nights. Would recommend for a small getaway!
