Great Hotel

Pros: The equestrian facilities are outstanding and so convenient when staying at the hotel.
Cons: Nothing
Location: The location is far away from most of the other strip attractions such as hotel etc.
This is a great hotel with great amenities. The staff is great and are very friendly and helpful.

It was a quick in and out so we didnt get to enjoy all the beautiful perks (spa, pool), however, the room and casino were relaxing and beautiful. It actually looks exactly like the photos on the website!

Clean location from the hustle of downtown/strip!

Pros: Buffet was excellent with players club and fun book discounts a great bargain.
Cons: Beds and linens need upgrade! King bed only had 2 pillows and no extra's in the closet. Furniture could use an update.
Location: Close to outlet mall on south end of strip.
Room was ready when we arrived no surprises at front desk. Bell and valet were accommodating upon arrival. Funbook coupons offered discounts at almost every location at the hotel and without the commitment of having to charge everything to your room and later have it charged off at check out. Hotels need to realize that resort fees are a thing of the past and internet should be included in the room price.

Hotels treat expedia customers like crap

Checked in late 11:00pm. Hotel wouldn't let us check in until we were all together or each person added to reservation (booked 3 rooms). Fine, but inconvenient. Hotel blamed expedia. Finally walked into room and it wasn't cleaned from previous occupant. Sat in hall for 30 minutes waiting for new room. From 11:30pm to midnight with 4 young kids. Hotel wouldn't discount ANYTHING. Used expedia as scapegoat.

Better Than Expected

This hotel was chosen because we were with family competing in a BMX event. I didn't expect much but was surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms. As there were so many kids in the hotel I thought I would hear noise all night but the rooms were pretty sound proof. One gross thing was a dirty towel left behind the bathroom door.

Loved the location , room ,pool and the items for kids. The only suggestion would be to improve the garden buffet. Other restaurants were great! And soften up the beds . That would not stop us from coming back. Thank you for a great stay :)

Hotel was nice. We were there for weekend event in the arena. So great that arena is attached to hotel and short walk from our room. Great to be able to watch arena event on tv from our room!
