HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! AVOID THIS HOTEL!

Posted Feb 25, 2015
Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: Everything.
Location: The only thing I could look forward to was getting as far away from this hotel as possible.
I arrived at this hotel at approximately 11:00 pm after a full day of driving, tired and just wanting to get into my room. 4 hours later, they had finally checked me in. Atrocious customers service. There were about 30 people in line and only 2 hotel clerks working which is a joke in itself for a hotel so large. I went up once to check in, and the staff told me they had not yet received a confirmation email. So I waited 30 minutes, came back and received the same message. I did this TWO more times before they finally decided to go check the back room to double check that my confirmation email had in fact been received, and it had. I got into my room at 2:30 am. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Great hotel and casino! it's quieter on the south end of the strip, but still close enough for all the action!

Overall a good experience!!

Would recommend to stay at this hotel! I was impressed that the security guard sitting at the elevators checked each time you had a room key! Made you feel a little more safe staying at the hotel!

Nice hotel for the price.

Posted Feb 24, 2015
Pros: The price for what you get.
Location: On Las Vegas Blvd aka the strip but way further down and away from the hustle and bustle.
Everything was smooth upon check and check out. Good hotel for the price and if you dont mind being away from the busy Las Vegas strip hotels. Whats nice is that it has its own bowling alley and movie theater, so that makes it good for families.

Great place to stay

Posted Feb 24, 2015
Pros: Comfortable room - excellent staff - everyone very attentive - loved eating at Zenshin
Cons: No smoking, but it's Vegas so I know that won't happen. But it was not really an issue
Location: Hoover Dam, Mt Charlestn, IN n Out burgers
Stayed for a long weekend - Thurs to Mon - used 3 resturants and the bowling alley.

Its a nice hotel close to where I am working.

Posted Feb 24, 2015
Pros: Multiple restaurant options
Cons: the open bowling prices.
Location: the location is fine. Most everything to do is in the casino.
The same as it always is. Multiple places to eat inside the casino area along with a movie theatre and bowling center. The open bowling prices are a bit high per game which causes quite a few of us that go to avoid doing that while we are there.

Excellent Hotel away from the strip

Posted Feb 23, 2015
Pros: The price was very reasonable and you could not smell all the cigarette smoke like most casinos.
Cons: I'm sure there is something but I can't think of it!
Location: Located away from all the hustle, bustle and noise of the downtown strip, the hotel offered shuttle buses to take you downtown - $8.00 round trip.
Very nice place to stay and we will return. Friendly, courteous folks, even had luck gambling. They offer great coupons which is a nice incentive to stay. A must see is the pool! Very nice!

Just simply a nice stay

Posted Feb 23, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness and quick valet service.
Cons: Fridge in the room
Location: The strip is a 5 minute drive.
Nice, clean and fresh smelling. Modern without the pretentiousness and close enough to the strip to partake in the revelry yet out of the way enough to spend some quiet time figuring out your Slot strategy ;)
