Hassle Free StayPosted Apr 22, 2014
Overall I enjoyed the stay. The room is roomy and comfortable. Checkin was prompt. I liked the fact that there's security checking for hotel key when returning at late hours.

good location out of the busy part of townPosted Apr 22, 2014
Pros: There was a very minimum problem with smoke smell.
The motel was family. Easy to get around and the security was visible.

Family and child friendlyPosted Apr 21, 2014
Pros: the rooms are big and comfortably sleep 4. they have enternainment for the hole family within the hotel.
Cons: I saw very few hotel workers. if I had a question or needed something i had to go find one of the cleaning or maintenance crew. they need hosts.
Location: good location, only minutes from the strip and Airport. very freeway accessible. and close to restaurants, mall and Gas station.
been to Vegas many times and this is the most family, child, friendly hotel we have stayed at in a while. the rooms are bigger and they are clean. the pool is nice, only 4 1/2 deep, and they have a bowling alley, arcade, movie theather and a variety of places to eat. you are off the strip, but that is not a bad thing- the strip is only minutes away. If you have a fifth member in your family bring your own matress as they will not provide an extra roll out bed. overall a great experience.

Very nice experience!Posted Apr 21, 2014
Hotel was very clean and rooms were spacious. The location is convenient to both henderson, nv and the las Vegas strip. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Great Hotel with unbelieveable pricesPosted Apr 21, 2014
Pros: Location. It is off the strip and very easy to access to highway I15
My kids love this hotel. The room is big and very clean and the swimming pool is awesome. The location of this hotel is prefect for the family with young kids. There are lots of restaurants and even supermarkets nearby this hotel and we can shop and eat outside instead of having kids stay in the restaurants inside the casino. We love the swimming pool. It is big and clean and lifeguards do a great job to watch kids.

Nice for business and funPosted Apr 20, 2014
Great place to stay if you are not looking for the tot Vegas experience, but want to have fun on a budget in a clean and convenient hotel. I went on business and had a great time enjoying a little gambling without having to put up with the drama of the strip.

Very strange 4 Star HotelPosted Apr 20, 2014
Pros: Large gaming facility
Cons: Room finish and fixtures, food One thing that should be fixed but not possible is the 300' walk down a crowded corridor to get to the busy elevators.
Location: Very remote it will cost $15 to $20 each way to get to the center strip and $20 to $30 each way to go down town.
South Point hotel over all is very big and similar to other Las Vegas 4 star hotels. The rooms are large and quiet but very poorly furnished with worn out furniture and the cheapest finish and fixtures. One example is they put a thick rubber mattress pad on the bed making it very uncomfortable. The rooms are comparable to a 3 star hotel, motel. When South Point rooms where selling at $40 mid week and $75 on week ends it was good value but now the prices have more than doubled. Another peeve is their main 24hr restaurant it has decent prices for at best mediocre food. When I go to Vegas I want some thing grand and good value to help numb the cost the cost of gamming. Considering it’s remote location and escalating prices they just don’t cut it any more. I think staying at any of the better 3 star Las Vegas properties you would be have a far more comfortable stay and save some $$$.
