Ok hotel but I expected better

Pros: Good breakfast, clean rooms, good location.
Cons: They need to move the beds away from the AC!!! That's the most important thing. Also, improve TV and internet services.
Location: Location is good if you want to be a short drive from the Strip but away from the 24/7 madness.
Overall, the hotel is good. The room looks nice, good breakfast and helpful staff. But there were a few things that were kind of disappointing. First, the TV remote wouldn't work from the bed. I had to practically be sitting right next to the TV for it to work. I initially thought it needed new batteries, but they gave a second remote and the issue persisted. Second and that's more of a serious issue, is that if you are sleeping on the left side of the king bed, the AC blows right at your face. Thankfully the night I spent there wasn't too hot so we just turned the AC off completely. Or else I would have to go sleep in the couch since my wife was on the right side of the bed. Finally I hooked my phone up to the wi-fi and it kept redirecting my browser to a "Marriot Portal page" even after I had done the correct authentication. I eventually gave up on it and went back to my regular 4g plan. These are mostly minor issues (except for the AC that's a big deal) but I expected better for a hotel of this level. I have to go to Vegas again very soon and I will not be staying there again.

Nice hotel

This is a very nice hotel to stay for family esp with kids. Fastfood restaurants are near. Our room is clean and spotless. Pool is small though. A bit far away from the strip like 20-25 mins away to drive. If you want a quiet and smoke free environment then this is your place.

Pros: Personel. Breakfast. Easy access to freeway.
Cons: Move TV to wall at food of bed. Get rid of huge davano. Shower needs lots of help!
Location: Close to freeway, good food and a casino.
Room was small and unusually arranged. Had two bouts of sleep disturbing noise during the night . One from loud music from the room above and the other from a machine in an adjacent building.

Pros: Local and service I received
Cons: Explain any hold you put credit cards especially for prepaid customers
Location: Location is marvelous. Close to freeway, easy to get in and out. Close to strip and turn of restaurants on west side of the hotel.
I really enjoyed staying at SpringHill suites North Las Vegas. Staff were friendly especially Katrina who check us in. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. My only concern was the hold the put on my credit card even though I had prepaid for my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Great place to sleep. The room was very nice and clean. Didn't care for the sliding bathroom doors, but that's a personal preference. Didn't affect my comfort.
