Quiet Clean Comfortable

Posted Apr 5, 2014
Pros: Good value and very clean
Cons: Coffee in the lobby on earlier.
Great room, quiet area, easy access to Vegas with a vehicle, friendly helpful staff, we stayed for one night as we were flying out in the AM but would stay again. Much quieter than the strip but only 15 min away.

Satisfying Stay

Posted Apr 5, 2014
Pros: Rooms were very big and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Close to shopping and freeway.
Cons: Breakfast area needs more space, slightly crowded when try to stand in line and places to sit. Get rid of the curtains there.
Location: Shopping, great places to eat, close by freeway, gambling.
Nice stay. Quiet and pleasant. Easy to find hotel. Close to pretty much everything. In a great neighborhood. Yummy breakfast.

Rate Springhill Suites by Marriott Henderson

Posted Mar 26, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: Little more attention to cleanliness in the rooms
Location: In Henderson about 15 mins from the strip
About 15 minutes east of the strip in Henderson. Easy access. Hotel was nice. Rooms were comfortable and the beds were good. Not super clean but very acceptable. For the price it is a bargain. Very good breakfast selection which is included. Wifi included. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Friendly staff but disappointing room

Posted Feb 17, 2014
Pros: Customer service was eky
Cons: Please make the rooms a bit more cozy.. better lighting, quieter AC. A better breakfast would be great too :)
Location: Located in Henderson, a suburb about 15 min drive from the strip. The surrounding is quiet. There are several Starbucks and shopping close by.
We were given a room that was intended for people with physical disabilities.. Which.. if you want a large room, would be perfect. I didn't really have a preference so we went with it. ok here are some pros and cons: Pros: 1.Close enough to the strip if you have a car; close to many shopping and dining opportunities 2. Staff were super friendly 3. Free breakfast, fresh Belgian waffles on the weekends (see con) 4. Room was clean, bed comfortable 5. Paul Mitchell shampoos 6. Free Wi-Fi in the room Cons: 1.Lighting in the room was horrible 2. Air conditioner in the room was SO loud. I woke up each time it went on, and I eventually turned it off completely 3. Very thin walls/doors- we can hear every knock, door closing and people talking in the hallway like they were in the room! We're usually not finicky.. but we definitely noticed this! 4. Breakfast can use a bit of more than the tired continental fare.. but it's free, so I shouldn't be complaining :)

Decent hotel, but could do better

Posted Feb 3, 2014
Pros: Spacious rooms, decent breakfast.
Cons: Fully disclose all renovations and closures of ammenities on website and on the phone prior to booking any reservations. Clean the room better.
Location: 20 minutes from the Las Vegas strip, conveniently located near the interstate.
Staff was friendly and helpful when asked for something. Room could have been cleaner. Also, we weren't informed at the time of reservation about the closure of the pool and spa, which was very dissapointing to learn about at check-in as our children were looking to using it.

Great Hotel For A Reasonable Price.

Posted Jan 7, 2014
When staying in Vegas didn't care too much to be on the strip on a New Years Eve so I gave Springhill Suites a try. Everything was absolutely great, from the staff's friendliness to the condition of the room. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to avoid staying on the strip.
