Be prepared to wait to check in and checkout. Both took more than 30 minutes.

More like a rent by the hour motel.

It started with check in and did not end until check out. Only person in lobby for check in and it took 45 mins, then before I left the lobby I was told about so many rules that should only be told to people with no common sence. Then at check out, because at check in for some reason they were unable to put the 25 dallor deposit on my card, I paid cash, however in the morning, when I asked for my deposit back the teller said it would be put back on my card, I said I paid cash and have a receipt, however during the night a charge on my card was finally made for the deposit, now they have 50 dollars of my money, I had to persuade him that I also made a cash deposit, a receipt does not hold much weight with them as I stood outside a little access window to the office. Finally I received my cash, now having to hurry off to the airport. First time ever that my room had to be checked by the office before I would get my deposit back. Its a shame this motel, which should not be called "suite " in its name, is run like a rent by the hour motel, as it has a convenient location, and although older is in nice shape.

Arrived to a power outage which was unavoidable but the staff did not know how to handle this. Was told to come back later and was already 9.30pm. Came back to find a long line of people trying to check in through a small window. The. Was told we didn't have a room with two queen beds. Got into the room which had no pillows, blankets or towels so was moved to another room and finally got to go to bed at 12.30

Low budget hotel in Vegas.

Website said it was new or newly renovated. All furnishings are old, lounger in room looks dirty, carpet has stains, the bathroom floor wasn't clean. Check-in and check-out is very cumbersome and slow. You are charged a $25 deposit on arriving in case things are missing from the room or you loose the room key! To get a receipt with your $25 back on check-out you have to have the room inspected. Only one person is at the desk at a time and they have to check-in, take calls, check-out and inspect.

Not worth the $$

Upon check in, many guests complained that there were no towels, or blankets in their rooms. So already I was starting to feel uneasy. When entering our room, it had a musty smell. The bed was still lined with plastic and was hard as a rock. Not a place I will be staying at ever again.
