Torn CurtainsPosted Jul 27, 2014
Pros: Not too much!
Cons: As above.
Location: The Las Vegas strip.
First room we were given did not have adequate A/C which is a real problem when it's 112 outside. Had to wait in line an hour to check in. Bar employees not very friendly. We stayed one night and went to the South Point which was very nice.

Not a bad stayPosted Jul 27, 2014
Over all a pleasant stay. The kids loved the pool and the view at the top of the tower. The room was ok. The charge extra for every little thing including internet. The chech in/out line was long. But over all it was a good stay.

Summer Road TripPosted Jul 26, 2014
Pros: Quality of the room.
Cons: Check in took quite awhile but this is not normal according to agent.
Location: Many other casinos and activities within walking distance. Hotel has everything so there really is no reason to leave.
I was upgraded to suite at no additional cost. Really nice room. Visited swimming area, very large outdoor pool on 8th floor which includes bar, gift shop and food, hot tub and pool. Also went up to observation tower and was amazed at the rides and view. got to watch a guy sky dive! Overall really nice experience.

Nice Hotel Close to the StripPosted Jul 26, 2014
We had a great experience at the hotel. The service was great. the gaming was fun and had a lot to choose from. The slots were pretty loose. Didn't play any table games. The food in the different restaurants was very good. The tower was fun to explore and see the different sites from the view on top of the world. I would recommend it to anyone who is going to Las Vegas. The costs were typical of all the hotels there and the value was pretty of the costs.

Good hotel in need of an updatePosted Jul 26, 2014
Pros: Free access to the tower for hotel residents
Cons: The whole hotel needs a refurb
Location: At the north end of strip so bus or taxi travel will be needed
Good hotel but in need of an update, situated at the north end of the strip so bus travel is essential and buses although good value for money are very very busy at peak times. No in room safes which i think should be standard these days and check in procedure was very lengthy.

Excellant In ServicePosted Jul 25, 2014
Pros: Pretty much everything mostly the old rocking roll restaurant
Cons: More discounts on meals for children not so good but was ok .
Location: Was ok,had a truck to get around plus close to old Las Vegas downtown.
Was greeted with a big smile when first drove up in front of casino than the bell men insisted on taking our luggage up saying it would be less than 15 mins. So we agreed. Excellent service at the front desk offering us amap and extra tickets for our eight people traveling with us. When settled in came down and was greeted with a casino host offering to show us where the games were and which ones we prefer to play including high limit. All in all we were toll ally satisfied .

Rough neighborhood, the waitress staff sucksPosted Jul 25, 2014
The hotel was just ok, neighborhood wasn't the best. The wait staff at the casino was kind of rude and slow. Would only stay here if it was a last resort

parking lot & hallway too dirtyPosted Jul 24, 2014
Pros: the casino is clean and neat and roomy, the bedroom was ok, acceptable but can be better.
Cons: parking lot and hallyway to the room need more cleaning and there is no air in the bathroom
Location: nothing much but need to drive back to the Strip
overall not bad with the price, just disappointed when I first booked and made a request for Strip view, and when I get my room, it was not available or I have to pay additional $30 for the view, which that does not make sense. the parking lot and the hallway to the room is so dirty, if that can change, the stay was pretty good.

Hits and MissesPosted Jul 24, 2014
Cons: The service personnel. Our housekeeper forgot some items and it took more than an hour to receive them after calling.
Location: The hotel is between The Strip and Fremont which may be ok if you want to be away from activity.
The check-in process was ridiculously slow because only two clerks were working to handle the crowd. Our room was clean and comfortable, although the plastic shower/tub did show its age. The view from Lounge107 was fantastic, but you will pay over the top if you order anything.
