In Vegas on business

Posted Sep 12, 2014
Pros: Very spacious and comfortable room. Bed was extremely comfortable.
Location: Nearby are shopping and dining options, but I did not use any of them as all my needs were met within the hotel facility.
Stayed at the Suncoast Hotel for proximity to my business courses. The hotel is older than others but is still very comfortable and well maintained with lots of food and entertainment options for all tastes. I would definitely stay there again.

One of the best bargains in Vegas

Posted Sep 10, 2014
Location: 20 minutes from the strip is the only let down, but for the price you can rent a car.
This is a very clean hotel with great rooms. New and well decorated. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Off the strip, thank goodness!

Clean, in excellent repair, large rooms, very quiet. Didn't hear one loud conversation outside the room door, a first for me in Las Vegas. Whole family enjoyed the hotel.

Great affordable option. Room 426 was spacious.

Pros: Price.
Cons: Didn't stay long enough to decide.
Location: Mall across the street, and close to nice restaurants and 215 freeway.
Easy to valet car, check in and get to elevators for room.

Good location

Posted Sep 6, 2014
Pros: Fitness room is well equipped. Hotel room is large; great view of golf course.
Cons: Eliminate resort fee.
Location: Two malls across/nearby with great restaurants and shopping.
Good location for me to be close to family. Great restaurants inside hotel as well as across the street. Shopping nearby. Poor movie selections inside hotel. The fitness room is great!

They put us in the wrong room, had extra hidden charges. Hallways were smokey. Parking was a 8 min walk to the hotel.

Nice neighborhood

Posted Aug 28, 2014
Pros: Room size.
Cons: I know nothing can be done about the tobacco smoke, but honestly the hotel stank of tobacco, all the way to the corridors of the hotel rooms.
Location: Nice suburban neighborhood, good restaurants and shoping nearby. Tivoli Village is right across street.
We loved the large room size & the double basin in bathroom. However the hsekeeping was inconsistent. We asked 2 times for more lotion. The maid put about 10 shampoos & conditioners in the room 1 day & no lotion. We even went down to the front desk to complai, but after that we only got 1 lotion & about 2 shampoos & conditioner everyday. I guess its hard to speak to latinos -they dont understand. Sometimes they put 3 large towels, sometimes 2. But they give us about 4 amsll towels & we only need 1 everyday. Need self service laundry room.

Great Las Vegas Getaway Place

Posted Aug 27, 2014
Pros: The room was huge, comfortable, and very clean.
Cons: It's a gigantic place, so you have to walk through the entire casino before getting to the hotel. A separate entrance for the hotel would be better.
Location: The location is good. The rooms have floor to ceiling windows with a wonderful view of the mountains and the city.
This hotel is more of a resort. We stayed only 2 nights, and wasn't there that much, but used the fitness center and pool early in the morning. We had the place to ourselves, which was nice that early. I don't know how it is later in the day. We had a really good time with our family using the bowling alley. After 10pm it's only a dollar a game. We had a lot of family members there, so it was an affordable and fun way to spend time together. The room is huge, clean, and at the price, you can't beat it. The area is pretty good, too. I would go back again. It was also close to family, so that was another plus.

Away from the strip

Posted Aug 25, 2014
Nice hotel away from the strip (Summerlin) northwest of the strip. Shopping and other restaurants nearby other than those in the resort. Close to Red Rock canyon and other sights. Rooms were clean but furniture was somewhat dated. Nice floor to ceiling windows afford great views. Good selection of restaurants and the theatre is a nice feature.
