Beds uncomfortable, terrible room service.

Posted Jan 27, 2015
The beds are ok, but they don't have good pillows, they were hard as a rock. Room service breakfast tasted like they pulled it off the buffet line. It was fake eggs and soggy hash browns.

Watch out for additional service charges.

Posted Jan 27, 2015
I hated the fact that I was charged 16 dollars per night in addition to the price I paid for the hotel for service fees. Also the small coming out of the elevator was soooooooo strong. I was happy though that the bed was comfortable

Not for the business traveler!

Posted Jan 22, 2015
Pros: Feast Buffet
Cons: Everything could improve a bit
Location: Millers brewhouse, great place to take in a game
The rooms were clean, but a bit dated. No comfy chair in the room. Internet was slow and diffiuclt at times to get a good connection. Staff was very friendly except for checkout. I asked for an extra so I could be on important conference call and they wanted to charge $15 for the hour. The Feast buffet was good and hotel was not too smokey, not a hotel for the young party crowd. Casino was empty, we found out why, no paybacks out of the machines. They claim 99% payout, didn't see many winning. Just a tease you could win @ video poker would suffice, not at the Sunset Station! I won't be back due to the rudeness @ checkout!

Baseball hotel

Posted Jan 20, 2015
We came out for a baseball tournament and the team chose this hotel. What a nice fine from the staff and restaurant with a kid friendly environment. We enjoyed ourselves and so did our kids.

Cons: It would be nice if they would have a coffee maker in the rooms.
This is a self contained Little City..........good restuarants, many fast food places and a huge gambling area. Excellent location------if you feel like doing some sight seeing it's a 20 minute drive to either Downtown or The Strip. There are major stores within 5 minutes if you forgot to pack anything. Also about 30 minutes to Hoover Dam.

I booked this hotel in advance for this wo queen beds , but they gave me one king bed ,l had to go back to the front desk to get the room changed,as you know this is a long way from the rooms.l feel that l could have been treated better than that!
