Good valuePosted Nov 25, 2014
good value and one of very few hotels in or near the Vegas Strip that cater for a family of five in one room. Staff were wonderful. Only downside beyond anyone's control was the lift wasn't working - not great when our 11 year old is in a wheelchair and the only available family room is on the 3rd floor!

Just one block off the Strip.Posted Nov 25, 2014
Pros: The location, staff and rooms.
Cons: For the price you pay everything is just fine.
Location: Location is great as you are only a 10 minutes or less walk to the Strip.
I have stayed here numerous times and have never found anything to moan about. It's handy for the Strip, rooms are clean and comfortable. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Free transport to and from the airport. Coffee machine in all rooms and supplied every day. Also coffee, tea, hot choc etc supplied free in reception area. Continental breakfast now served in restaurant. Casino just a few steps away from hotel. Swimming pool and hot spa. What's not to like ???

Good location for a Las Vegas weekend tripPosted Nov 24, 2014
The Motel is one street away from the Las Vegas Boulevard, the breakfast was acceptable and enough for a Motel. The only thing I will fault is, that we booked a non-smoking room, but it was definitly a smoking room before. The smell wasn't that good! The cleaniness of the room was good, we only get twice not enough towels.

QUICK TRIP TO VEGASPosted Nov 21, 2014
Pros: The brewery which had good prices and great beer
Cons: Update the facility
Location: It was a lot further out then I thought. It would have been nice to have better light to walk to the strip or better sidewalks
The room was outdated. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The price wasn't worth the stay. The best part was the brewery next door. Great beer and people My mother had a hard time using the bathroom because the bathroom didn't have an easy way to get off the toilet. Look at the handicap but it only had 1 bed and she didn't want to be in a room by herself. The bathroom had a ceiling that was cracking and in the corner looked like mold

Pros: jacuzzi, breakfast, shuttle. No resorts can provide you all of this
Best place if you do not want a resort. Close to strip with great amenities. no complains

OK if you get it at a good price.Posted Nov 18, 2014
Pros: Continental breakfast, no resort fee, coffee makers in the room, pool open 24 hours.
Cons: Rooms still need updating.
Location: Right behind the center strip, still about 10-15 minute walk. Ellis Island Restaurants and casino next door. The Westin right down the block.
The hotel is just OK. I have stayed in many Super 8's that were in better condition. Bathroom tiny and worn especially the tub. It doesn't look like they remodeled it in 2012. But there are some really good things about it too. You get a continental breakfast. It's one of the only hotels in Las Vegas to have coffee makers in the room and no resort fee. The Ellis Island restaurant in the casino on property is very reasonable and really great open 24 hours. The Dealer Tainers from the ex Quad/Imperial Palace are now dealing in the Ellis Island Casino and on Friday and Saturday nights, they are having a free short Elvis show. If you don't plan to stay in the room much, it's fine at a good rate. Also the pool is open 24 hours.

Nice hotel close to stripPosted Nov 17, 2014
Older hotel, room was clean. Free breakfast and complimentary shuttle to and from airport. Great deal for the price. Not to easy to get a cab, but we walked to the strip in the morning and took a cab back in the evening. We would definitely stay there again.

how far from the strip?Posted Nov 12, 2014
Pros: Free breakfast and 24/7 availability of coffee tea at reception.
Cons: Better breakfast.
Location: 20 minutes of walk to the strip.
This is an ok hotel, not the greatest. It takes about 20 minutes of walk to get to the strip. The breakfast was just ok, not a lot of variety. Staff did replenish the stuff quickly though. You have to go to the other building in a casino to get breakfast. Staff is helpful. Room size was ok too. No microwave or fridge in the room. There was free coffee and tea 24/7 at the reception, which is nice. Overall ok experience.

Pros: location, closer to strip but not that much
Despite of booking for two adults, there were only one bath towel. Also, other things weren't in good shape either. hotel staff wasn't friendly either.
