Conveniently located near the Strip

Decent stay. Reasonable price. The only issue would be that there was no air in the hallways or elevators and no fridge in the room . Everything else was nice .

Excellent staying, near Freemont and the Strip

Posted Jun 9, 2015
Pros: Staff, room condition was good too.
Location: Freemont St Experiencie. Little White Chapel, Stratosphere, Deuce stop
Great staying, great staff, always willing to help us. Just a few blocks from the Deuce stop. Pretty convenient, specially considering how expensive Las Vegas can get. Would totally recommend it!

Great customer service and facilities for price

Posted May 14, 2015
Pros: Customer service
Location: Excellent Thai place about a minute walk away. The Boston pizza place was excellent as well, maybe five min walk.
I rarely write reviews for anything, but this staff and hotel deserve one. I have stayed in five star hotels around the world and the customer service I received was on par with any resort I have ever stayed at. Of course with the low price you must expect that the facilities will not be amazing. Our room had a comfortable bed, clean linens and towels and everything worked properly. We were about a mile down from everything on the strip and a less than a mile from freemont st. So basically in the middle. The young lady at the desk attended to our every need. She went out of her way to print out our boarding passes for our flight, gave excellent directions, and even recommended some excellent places to eat. When we visit again we will definitely be staying here for the price and customer service. Thank you again.

No plus's for price paid

Posted May 6, 2015
Pros: The bathroom was clean and there was clean bed sheets.
Cons: Clean the rug. Better WiFi-had to keep trying to get on. Have at least a continental breakfast when no pool is available.
Location: It is far from downtown strip. It is far from shopping. We were able to walk to the Stratosphere. The elderly couple we were with could not.
Experience was disappointing and will not stay there again.

Pros: nothing
Cons: everything
Location: very bad and unsecre place to be there were alot of adult stores nearby not a place for families or people with children.
the floor was extremly dirty as you walked the bottom of your feet would turn black. the matresses were old and extremly uncomfortable o sleep on. there were no complementary break fast nor was any hot bevarges available to guest. the lobby was turned into a convenient store front and there were signes stating that you had to pay for cofee.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I greatly apologize that our hotel did not meet your expectations. We are looking into mattresses that have a higher level of comfort. We are also in the process of providing a breakfast option for our guests. The coffee, tea and hot chocolate are complementary and available to our guests 24 hours a day. I do believe the signs you saw were for the snacks that are provided for purchase next to the coffee bar. Our convenience store is located in the back so that is does not interfere with our front desk or lobby area. Once again I do apologize for any inconvenience our hotel may have caused you. I hope you give us another chance to make your next stay a memorable one.

We sincerely appreciate your comments. I apologize for you not having service during your stay. I will bring this up in the next staff meeting. If you had the Do Not Disturb sign on your door the housekeeprs are not allowed to enter the room even if you request housekeeping. I hope it was just a misunderstanding, Please feel free to contact me directly so that we can get this resolved. Once again thank you for bringing this up to our attention.

Comfy, accessible, and the price is right

Posted Apr 1, 2015
Spent 4 nights while at an academic conference at the Flamingo, made good use of a bus stop a block away and a low-cost 3-day pass, and enjoyed excellent, affordable meals at a small Cuban cafe a few doors down. Room comparable to those that are routinely double the price at mid-scale chains anywhere else, with strong in-room wifi that I especially appreciated, having had several experiences with having to use lobby wifis due to intermittent signals in rooms. Staff accommodating and genuinely friendly. Only drawback is not having free airport shuttle service, but one of the private companies services the location at reasonable rates.
