“Great Deal”
I rarely travel but when I do I always look for the best deal, and after days of looking and my travel day nearing I looked at Expedia one last time. To my surprise Expedia offered an even better rate from when I had initially reviewed their website. The best part was that the hotel they were offering this amazing rate with was closer to the strip and in my opinion a more quality hotel! I booked it immediately and the process as always was simple and I recieved confirmation very quickly. I've booked with Expedia for most of my travel and I appreciate the ease that is offered when booking and I will continue to use them in the future. Thanks Expedia!
“Doc San”
This part of the Mandalay Bay was beautiful (nicer than the main part)! The room was clean and fresh and looked like new!
“Great Vegas Hotel”
My favorite hotel in vegas, would recommend to anyone
“Great time at THEhotel”
My husband and I stayed at THEhotel Nov. 28th to Dec.1st. Our room was a corner suite on the 26th floor. We had a beautiful room with 1 1/2 bathrooms, a living room and a bedroom. It's connected to Mandalay Bay casino by a hallway and has it's own check in area. The hotel is at the south end of the strip so it can be a pain to get to the center strip but since we go to Vegas a lot it wasn't really a big deal for us. There is a free monorail that connects Mandalay Bay to the Luxor and Excalibur. From there you can catch the bus from in front of MGM and that will take you all the way to downtown. The 24 hr bus pass is a great deal. Everyone at our hotel treated us very well and the MLife players club is a must. We always use our card and they comp most of our meals and we earn free play!
“Gorgeous hotel, lacking customer service”
With 4 people in line to check in, we had to wait 30 minutes. I spent less time checking in at Excalibur with 30+ people in line. However, the room was gorgeous and far better than I could have ever imagined.
“The hotel at mandalay bay is worth checking out”
The hotel at mandalay rooms are very spacious and nice (especially for the price). 1 1/2 baths, large bedroom and seperate sitting room. Even a doorbell on the room. The tram that goes from mandalay to the excaliber is convenient also. I would return
“"recommended!...stay there everytime"”
stay here almost every time i visit vegas. Great hotel and prices are cheap compared to other suites. THEhotel offers a sep entrance which is nice. My girlfriends and I really appreciate that when we are coming in and out late at night and don't have to mess with walking through the casino...feels much safer! Overall great hotel, great service, room service has good food, free internet and good atmosphere
“Fantastic Stay”
My wife and I had a wonderful stay last weekend at TheHotel. Accommodations were luxurious and the entire hotel was beautifully maintained. Amenities were great. The two room suite met our needs perfectly. We ate a Mix Restaurant and had a wonderful meal. Service was fine. Check in and check out was quick and easy. We arrived early, about noon, and were given our room immediately. We would definitely stay here again.
“Great Service”
Service was very attentive and complete.
“Vegas”
Nice hotel. Very far from main part of strip.
