Convenient location on the strip

Posted Sep 18, 2014
Pros: The location
Cons: the easy of checking in
Treasure Island has a convenient location on the strip. You can walk up and down the strip with no problem. The location makes it easy to go out to any restaurant or bar without having to take a taxi. The only problem I had encountered was during check-in. They could not locate my reservation. There were two names on the reservation and somehow one person was put in the first name and the second person was listed in the last name.

Pros: the position on the strip.
Cons: the pirate show was suspended indefinitely. we want it back soon.
Location: this is almost in the middle of the strip. you can go anywhere
we were pleased with the nice and friendly staff. the casino is a good size to enjoy any type of gambling. there's a nice pool also.

Check in name was messed up and it took forever to figure out. Dealers at casino don't want to be there. Pool was pretty subpar.

Nice but unneccessary charges

Nice place to stay like the middle of the strip but I believe $40 for express check in is unfair and resort fees are a total rip off

Couples trip

Posted Sep 15, 2014
Pros: Location was great
Cons: internet
Location: The venetian is across the street, lots to do and see there and the mirage is next door and lots of shops nearby.
when we booked it came with $150 credit to hotel, well that sounded all good but reality it was not that much because they gave you what exactly could be used with that credit meaning, one ticket to buy one get one free to a restaurant, same to a bar and then one day access to the fitness center and something else. so only used the first two. The resort had a fee they charged as soon as you checked in..which included internet - well that didnt work very well on my samsung galaxy 4s, not sure why. Did like that I could print out boarding passes easily, restaurants were very good too and bars, shops had good selection as well. Had one day breakfast room service- very pricey but good and so didnt want to get out of bed.LOL. Room was nice and good size, nice decor.
