“Like being at home....”
I usually always stay here with friends when we come out. They have a couple of decent places to eat right around them and a great shopping mall next door:) I would have gave them all 5's but the rooms dont have wifi.
“Better time in the Summer”
Overall the hotel was nice, only issue I had was the maid service. I had to go looking for fresh towels and tolilet paper
“not that great”
Overall it was not bad, but house cleaning is only once in 4 days, had to ask for fresh towels three times. The pull out bad in the living room is extreamely uncomfortable. ATM was broken. Asked for an hour later check out and were denied. Cant say that they are going the extra mile for their clients. Probably wont stay there ever again.
“veronica.”
I have very good time!!!!!!
“Not impressed.”
We have stayed several times at this resort and it has really gone down hill. There was no hair dryer. The wall unit was there but no blow dryer. Even Motel 6 has hair dryers. The bed did not even have a comforter. All it had was the sheets. Does it really cost that much for such a small comfort. It gets pretty cold in November in Las Vegas. I loved the shuttle service but everytime we would wait so did 100 other people. Real loud and drunk people staying here. No longer a quiet get away from the other resorts. I will stay somewhere else next time.
“customer - 6days -1 nov 2011”
providing FREE internet access to GUEST not only members will be a driven customer oriented organization. the otehrs is that staying less then 7 days - the blankets - again they need to be customer focus. that will improve their rating from 3 to 4.
“Lots to do”
First time, will go back again.
“Wish I had know Before”
This is a timeshare property. It hasn't been upgraded in the last few years. Some of the bad. Unable to get wi-fie in room unless you pay $10 extra a day. They had lounge area that if you had the code you could get on the internet for free but the lounge was only open 9-9 and closed if they had a event. We only got maid service once in 9 days and when I inquired at the front desk was told I could get them to come but it would cost a extra $35. Parking is hard to find close to your room. The Good. Free shuttle service to the strip, located next to a outlet mall, there is a Dennys and another restaurant on sight. and several in walking distance. The rental car return is 3min. away. The Pool in unheated ,the lazy river is heated. All in all not a bad place. But if you like to use your I-phone or laptop. Or like clean sheets every couple days this may not be the place for you.
“To far from the Vegas action.”
Decore was aged. There were scuffed paint marks on the wall. Vertually no guidance from staff regarding services offered. Last schuttle of the night was at 11:05 pm. That is kind of early for the town that never sleeps.
“Recomended”
Good CLean Hotel, nice rooms, but you have to pay for internet $7/day in your room and also pay a $10 for your stay to use lobby internet . we stayed 4 days and they dd not clean the room, since this is a condo style hotel. overall satisfied except for the internet.
