Fabulous

Pros: Pool area, size of room
Cons: Room didn't get made up for three days
Location: Just outside Vegas, but the shuttle service to the strip was excellant.
Wonderful resort experiance, uncrowded, quiet but close to the main town.

Nice hotel to relax

Came here for a family vacation and we loved it! The lazy river is fun and we loved the adult spa that's open for 24 hrs. Would definitely stay here again next year! I recommended it to friends already.

The back up in checking in.

Pros: Amenities were great.
Cons: Check in process. More elevators in tower 5.
Location: Close to strip and outlets.
Amenities were great as pictured online. The problem is checking in. As people arrived before 4 pm, people were told the room was still not available. Everyone was checked in at 4 pm. You can imagine the line. Those that had arrived earlier received a phone call and sent to another line. I felt like I was in the airport lines at LAX. My room was in tower 5. Once in the building, another huge line to access the elevators, which there were only 4. I asked the personnel for the stairs. He answered the stairs could only be accessed from those coming down. It took an hour to check in. Everyghing else was great.

We glean from your comments that you arrived on a Sunday afternoon, which is by far the busiest portion of our busiest arrival day. Even with a full front desk staff (up to seven people) working our peak Sunday arrival hours (2-6 p.m.) it can be a challenge to expedite the check-in process. This is particularly true around the posted 4 p.m. check-in time which finds us at the pinnacle of our peak. We apologize for the inconvenience and will investigate ways to possibly reduce our allotment of rooms that come with a Sunday arrival. Thank you so much for your visit.

Too far from strip

Cons: Room service of linen , towels when stated. Wake up calls done !!!

Had to catch shuttle to and from the strip. Had to get taxi anywhere else. Close to retail outlets. Only had grocery run on couple of days. Booked wake up call twice and got none !! Room was not serviced and had to request - twice !!! Rooms are far from reception area. Pool and lazy river both fantastic !!!

Thank you for your visit and feedback, Susan. We are sorry we did not fully meet your expectations. Our Las Vegas Boulevard South address puts us about three miles from the casinos, which are easily accessible by car, cab or our convenient Strip shuttle. It operates from 9 a.m. daily and makes stops at two hotel-casinos at the top and bottom of the hour. It also picks up from the same locations. Our grocery shuttle runs four days a week and leaves at 8 a.m. from the front of the main lobby. Please accept our apology for not making your wake-up call. This is a rudimentary request we should have easily fulfilled. As a timeshare resort, we do not follow the traditional daily housekeeping model of most hotels. We offer one midweek cleaning on weeklong stays and will provide daily housekeeping visits for a fee. And of course we are always happy to replenish any items you may need during your stay. We are glad you enjoyed our tropical beach pool and Lazy River. Thank you once again for sharing your comments. We hope you will give us another opportunity to make a better impression on your next visit from Down Under.

FAMILY TRIP.

This is our second year in a row staying at this hotel. Its clean, perfect for families, couples or any group of people, costumer service is great.

Love the Pool

We have stayed here before and our 5 small kids could play in the pool for 4 days straight. We love the entertainment it offers and we love that we can be close to the strip but not such a part of it.

The rooms and pools are the best! Just the staff is what makes the hotel ugly. I called a month in advance to tey to get the first room available and rhey sstill gavw it to me at 4 which why am i paying so much if you cant get the room till 4pm then get out early at 10 a.m.

Great family getaway

Pros: The rooms are awesome.
Clean quiet facility. Great pool and lazy river. The rooms are like apartments. We didn't feel like we were staying in a hotel. I felt safe letting my teens explore the facility.
