Nice hotel that is close to other casinos

Pros: Room was very nice, and the valet parking was fast.
Cosmopolitian is a very nice casino, but caters to the younger generation (21-25). Spent most of my time at other casinos.

Elegant hotel......excellent restaurants

Posted Jun 29, 2015
Pros: Beautiful room, pools and amazing restaurants.
Cons: Not enough closet space. No drawers to put stuff away so our clothes were always a mess.
We stayed at the Cosmo for 5 nights with our 15 year old son. The room was beautiful and spacious and the restaurants within the hotel are absolutely top notch. Do not miss Milos or Jaleo.

My wife and I are in our early 30's visit Vegas regularly to have a fun time and have stayed at a selection of hotels on the strip but typically favor Wynn / Encore, this was our first stay at the Cosmopolitan. We stayed in a Terrace Suite overlooking the Bellagio fountains. We loved the views from our room and having the terrace, this was wonderful. The room was very well appointed and comfortable, however, it misses some of the luxury touches of the Wynn e.g. one button touch to open and close drapes, instead you have to close these fiddly blinds by hand which seemed to take about 5 minutes each time. The hotel is a lot of fun, it has a fun casino floor and the Chandelier is a great bar. We ate at a few of the restaurants including the Henry and the buffet, Blue Ribbon sushi and Scarpetta and found each restaurant good but not great. We visited the Boulevard pool and found it nice and fun but at the time of day we visited lacking in sun (due to the shadow created by the hotel). Overall we really liked the Cosmopolitan, its a fantastic location and a lot of fun and the rooms are great, however, if you want really great dining and luxury I would choose the Wynn, but if you want to be at the most fun hotel on the strip chose Cosmo.

Horrible

Posted Jun 29, 2015
Bad experience at the Marquis day club. Staff was very rude, checked only my bag and no one elses. He didn't give us any direction. Felt discriminated. I went to the front desk to complain. All they told me is that the dayclub wasn't owned by the hotel.. really??? It's part of the hotel, it represents you.. I was very excited to stay at the cosmopolitan. But after the bad experience. Never again..

Pricey, but in line with everything else in Vegas! Highly recommend Cosmopolitan. Really plush. Great location. Amazing view of the bellagio fountain. Couldnt fault it.
