The property was excellent. The pools close super early so we didn’t haven’t have much of a chance to use them, which was disappointing. They gave us food credits but didn’t explain how to use them but they did take charges off when we checked out to equal the amount of the credits which was great.

Horrible experience all around. Messed up at check in, was given someone else's room with their stuff in it, moved to a new room that was filthy. Then at 10:30 Pm maintenance is entering unannounced to "change the shower fixture". When we left our paid parking pass wouldn't work and we again had to pay the max 50$. Overall, trash experience at cosmo

I love that every room has a balcony. Fun upscale vibe, beautiful decor and stunning view Best massage I've ever had at the property spa I wish they had a coffee maker in the room!

The resort is at the epicenter of where you would want to be in this newer Chic part of LV. They chelsea tower fitness center is amazing and probably the best hotel gym i have ever utilized. They close the pool and the fitness center entirely too early however. Perhaps extend gym hours to 7pm as when you are working in town you may need more time.

The stay was horrible. The bathtub was absolutely disgusting and the staff was rude and I didn’t enjoy my stay at all. In addition to that my flight home got cancelled and they didn’t even have my name in the system. By the time they so called straightened it out my flight won’t be getting me home until the next afternoon. Horrible

This property was gorgeous, clean, fun, satisfied my shopping needs without ever leaving the hotel, and had amazing food. Since I was alone I wanted it all under one roof and I got it!

Even tho it was only one night, our stay was the great. My only comment I have is about the room key and the elevators. My husband and I spent literally 20 minutes on the elevator because our key didn’t work. It wouldn’t let us off. We ended up going two floors above ours, finally being able to get off the elevator and had to take the stairs back down two floors to our room. Once we get to our room the key doesn’t work til the third try. Hadnt it been for that issue with the key our stay would have been more enjoyable than it was.

The hotel is in great condition. We had a one-bedroom suite that is huge and well design, well maintained. The view is fantastic, And the price is very reasonable

I'm sure this was just a fluke but when I arrived in my room which was before my check in time (they didn't charge me, thanks) the room wasn't... That clean. There was a woman's used pajama bottoms and a hair curler in the side table, little sticker tabs spread about the floor. No bath robes, dirty bathroom floor and bathroom rug. The staff was quick to correct a few of the things but not really what you want to walk into after a long drive at a premium price. Everything else has been nice so far. Oh BTW the balconies are not the most private affairs.

in just five years the rooms look run down. wall paper coming off the wall, damaged rooms, faucets that leak, and are hanging on by a thread. blackstone has not maintained the rooms at all! that's how you make money!
