Hands down the best 21st Birthday week ever because of how well I was attracted by the Cosmo! Will forever be a loyal guest. It's performance outlasts every other hotel, with its modern vibe and new classic foundation! Thank you for such a positive attraction!

Fun in Las VegasPosted Jul 28, 2014
The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the strip, it is easy to walk to the north (Venetian) side or the south (MGM) side. The hotel has some nice restaurants, nothing spectacular but can meet just about any need (burgers, steak, coffee shop, etc.) The casino is clean and fun, their is a table game area at nights that has a DJ spinning and girls dancing, a wonderful place to gamble and party. The game selections is ok, you will find more variety in other casinos but there should be more than enough for everyone, I was not pleased with the sports book but I am someone that likes a big sportsbook with lots of TV's and big comfy chairs. The hotel room was large, the beds extremely comfortable and the washroom was quite big which was a pleasant surprise. The room is automated and you can control the lights, curtains, temperature from the TV. The pools were great, we visited all three and really enjoyed them, there is one no matter what you are looking for (family & quiet, fun or hardcore party). The marquee night club is very fun as it also spills out to the pool, we had a very fun time there.

Probably better for the under 40 setPosted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: The spa and the selection of restaurants.
Location: The hotel is right on the Strip so great location.
Everything about this hotel was fabulous, except the guests. Because it has the Mirage pool bar inside the hotel it is overrun with scantily clad men and women under the age of 30. Not that there really is anything wrong with that except we were a slightly older group (average age 45) and were looking for something a little different. But if you want a great pool, fabulous service and well maintained rooms (oh and an amazing spa), go!

Great!!!Posted Jul 27, 2014
Everything great!!!!! But the housekeeper took our 3 plastic Eiffel Towers souvenirs the last day, when we was preparing our luggage they didn,t appear. I washed them because I wanted to bring them home. The told us they will send us by mail if they find them. I hope so...

Exquisite roomsPosted Jul 27, 2014
A seamless check-in by a friendly member of staff during a very busy time who ensured we had an upgrade in celebration of my husband's 50th birthday. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and well appointed with a balcony. It certainly had a 'wow' factor and did not disappoint. The hotel is popular with younger guests however this did not affect my family's stay and I would not hesitate to re-book. The only negative is that one of the pool areas we visited was not suitable for our daughters as it was a little rowdy. To summarise, an equisite hotel with great attention to detail, a contemporary feel and a little different to the rest. Highly recommend a stay.

Nice modern hotelPosted Jul 27, 2014
Pros: Nice modern look. The Terrace Studio Room with the Japanese soaking tub was great. The Boulevard pool was really nice to lounge around in.
Cons: The pool hours are too short with it closing at 7PM. It would be nicer to have the pool hours extended a little more.
Location: Great location. Central on the strip with easy access to Planet Hollywood / Miracle Mile mall shops for decently priced food.
We came here for our 2 year wedding anniversary. Overall our stay was great. The cosmopolitan is a very modern hotel with a decent size casino which means you didn't have to walk a whole lot to get out onto the strip unlike the hotels with the bigger casinos. The boulevard pool was nice, well laid out with a good amount of chairs/benches. The hotel could do a better job at replying to emails. I emailed the hotel before our trip for a special request since it was our anniversary and I wanted to see if they could provide anything complimentary like room upgrades. They finally replied back to me saying they will put in a request on my reservation...but they replied to me when I was already back home, 6 days after I emailed and when my trip was over. I was at their hotel for 5 nights already by the time they replied to me saying they will put this on my reservation for my check-in... so I think thats a little slow and I'm surprised the person who replied to my email didn't bother to look in the computer to see that I already checked out. The good thing was that when we checked in, I asked the front desk agent if there was anything she could do in terms of complimentary upgrades since I never got an email response. She really nice and was able to get us from the basic City View room to the Terrace Studio Room.

Cosmo Las VegasPosted Jul 26, 2014
The Cosmopolitian wasn't a horrible hotel but I was expecting to have a lot better experience than what we received. First off before we even got there whoever put out name into the reservations did it in a weird way so my friend whom I added to the reservation could not get into our room after waiting about 45mins in the checkout line. Then once we got into our room it was nice but not all that clean. The lampshade was torn, floor not all that clean but the back patio was the worst. The railing on the patio is clear so that you could see down on to the Strip which is a great concept except ours was filthy with dust & drink spills. Also the patio furniture cushions had cigarette burns in them. We also ran out of toilet paper on our first day there & had to get more from housekeeping. What hotel doesn't stock extra necessities in the room? Overall the place was very cool downstairs but you could tell that's where they put all of their focus & not into the guests experience in the room stay.
