Pros: cleanliness and new
Cons: price
The parking facility is very easy to park and close to the elevators. The view from the room is very nice. Checking in is very smooth with friendly staff.

Great hotel close to everything

Posted Jan 27, 2015
Pros: Location, Valet attendants were excellent. Guest room was very spacious and great decor. Excellent service from all staff.
Cons: Elevators were extremely slow, sometimes wait of 5-10 minutes or more.
Location: This hotel is perfectly located on the strip within walking distance to all of the top hotels/casino's, attractions, restaurants and shopping.
We had a wonderful stay, everyone from the front desk to the bellman were fantastic. We were in town to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday - our housekeeper even left a note wishing her a "Happy Birthday". We chose this hotel due to the location and it was great! We have been to Las Vegas many times and stayed on the strip and downtown and this was by far the best hotel we've experienced. The entire staff went out of there way to assist with every need from directions, to dining and show reservations. Every request was handled quickly. The valet staff were amazing - they see hundreds of guests per day and when you pull up and they greet you by name that says a lot for their service level. We only encountered one small issue with housekeeping removing a personal item from our room that was never found however, the guest service team was very quick to respond to try and resolve the problem. We certainly would stay again!

Smoky 3 star hotel, good location with bad service

Posted Jan 27, 2015
Pros: As stated above - location, the bed and the café.
Cons: Needs to be cleaned and the service was awful.
The hotel is excessively smoky (bad ventilation system compared to other hotels) with poor service (few staff outside of immediate lobby) with soiled carpet both in the hallways and in the room. The bed was comfortable with nice linens, the balcony was nice but the bathroom didn't have a stool or tv which is something my lady liked at the Wynn. The hotel pools have fake palm trees which is completely tacky and only one or two cocktail waitresses on staff. This time of year only one of the three pools is open and I understand that we got lucky with 78 degrees however the pool wasn't very nice regardless. Moreover, the restaurants are hard to get into and the Japanese restaurant we tried was only ok. I had some uni niguiri, miso, wakeme salad, and a lobster roll...eh. The only good thing about the hotel was the cafe - va bene which serves Illy cafe and has good pastries/bagels/fruit/gelato. Overall, the location is good, the proximity to the Marquee is a draw but other than that it really is mediocre. For cleanliness and service there are way better options in Vegas.

horrible hotel

Posted Jan 24, 2015
Pros: location
Cons: bath room, bed room, room's amenities
Location: strip
extremily uncomfortable rooms, bath rooms and bed rooms. no coffee maker in the room. impossible to turn off bed-side lights without going to the fron door (yes, i'm not kidding).

Great hotel, incredible view but hidden fees

Posted Jan 24, 2015
One of the best hotels in Vegas with an incredible of the bellagio fountains and the strip. Worth every penny but beware there is a hidden resort fee they charge you when you check out. Other than that great restaurants and beautiful rooms that are very well maintained.

Great location on the Vegas Strip. Even better general environment throughout the casino and it's bars.
