Fantastic hotel in central location.

Posted Oct 19, 2014
Pros: The look and style. The view and location
Cons: Unsure
Location: As above. Central strip location, perfect
Get the terrace studio with strip view, amazing and so great to have a balcony. No faults other than there were no wine or water glasses in our kitchenette and when we called to request glasses we had to negotiate no charge for them to be sent up to our room. It didn't make sense. Restaurants are excellent, modern rooms, huge bathroom, great views. Pricey but I would stay again.

Hotel

Pros: Check in very professional.
Cons: Paint and furniture
Furniture and walls pretty banged up. Stayed in a wrap around terrace suite/room. Furniture banged up/stained, walls somewhat rough, hallway walls rough. Did not expect this for the price. Casino nice but honestly not real exciting. Spent most of my money in other casinos which is unlike me when in Vegas.

Excellent location, excellent view

Posted Oct 18, 2014
Pros: Location, look and feel, view
Cons: Value for money equation didn't work out quite well, esp compared to other similar hotels on the strip.
Location: Bellagio fountains, casino, walk on the strip and see othe hotels most of them have some unique experience.
Great location, excellent view, middle of the strip, friendly staff ( of course we paid quite a bit for the specific view), but expensive compared to some other hotels on the strip. But overall enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel with staff/service issues

Posted Oct 17, 2014
Hotel was new and generally clean. Upon check in, front desk tried to up sell us to a suite. After decking the offer we were told that it would be 4-5 hours for check in. Friends of ours checked in behind us shortly after with a different staff member. They were provided immediate check in. We attended with same staff and were provided a room immediately. Upon arrival up in our room, we found a uses glass with cigarette butts on the balcony. I advised the bellhop when our bags arrived and he assured me that housekeeping would arrive shortly. The glass remained on the balcony for all three nights of our stay.

Pretentious - not really welcoming

Posted Oct 16, 2014
Pros: location was good
Cons: figure out someway to make the site more welcoming. how about a complimentary bottle of water? A mint on the pillow-anything for goodness sake.
Location: go to the Planet Hollywood for entertainment. comedy club was worth the price and the V Theater has great bargains for combos like a show and dinner.
Group of women went for weekend. Hotel is for hipsters very pretentious not really very welcoming. No amenities other than pool. Casino was meh. One call made to concierge took forever to answer. Pricy Restaurant Scappettos food was good not one bottle of wine under $100. In all Thought it was going to be more upscale because of the price paid. Especially when you are being charged a daily "resort" fee. Feel more welcome/appreciated at a Marriott. Not worth the $$.

Very nice hotel, great pools, excellent food

Hotel is very hip, food option are excellent, rooms are very comfortable, only issue we had was that to get a king size bed you need to pay to upgrade your room and a resort fee of $25 a day seems like a hidden non optional fee.

Cosmopolitan of LV

Posted Oct 15, 2014
Girls weekend in Las Vegas. We had upgraded two rooms prior to arriving. Found out once we were trying to check in that they didn't have enough room to upgrade both. We had to switch rooms after the first night. Lots of hassle (unpacking/re packing/ waiting in long lines at front desk to switch keys, check in). Some front desk staff rude. Confusing layout of building.

This is the most contemporary, stylish hotel on the strip. The place was buzzing all weekend. So much to see and do!
