Absolutely loved this hotel!

Posted Aug 1, 2015
Pros: Everything - cleanliness, helpful staff, facilities, large rooms, location
Location: Location is great, next door is the Aria (go watch Cirque Du Soleil Zarkana show there) and Bellagio (check out the fountain show when walking past).
Fabulous experience, we were given a room with an amazing view of Bellagio & the strip (which we didn't request they were just being helpful!), the rooms were clean with great facilities (good shampoo, etc.). Large rooms and comfortable beds, cleaned well daily. On one day our body lotion wasn't refilled (not a big issue we just called and they brought up a few) but then they sent me a large box of chocolates with a note to apologize for the inconvenience. I wouldn't even call that an inconvenience! This place is truly amazing, great location, great staff, awesome rooms, fabulous views. I am coming back for sure!

Excellent for a bachelorette!

Posted Jul 31, 2015
Pros: The atmosphere and location.
Cons: A map of the hotel would be nice.
Location: Walgreens and V theatre are right across the street. We visited the Bellagio buffet which was a 5 min walk.
We had an amazing stay at the Cosmo! The pools were awesome for us to lounge at with vibrant atmospheres. The overall feel of the hotel was perfect for the bachelorette!

Beautiful Hotel

My husband and I stayed at the Cosmopolitan for two nights and loved it! Our terrace studio was spacious, clean and had an amazing view of the Strip. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. I had the Thai Steak salad at Holstein's which was fabulous and the pizza place on the third floor was pretty awesome too. I can't imagine staying anywhere else now when visiting Vegas. Great location, great rooms, great food! I definitely recommend it, but if there was one thing I wish I had known beforehand - there are no coffeemakers in the room! So you may want to pack some instant coffee if you need your coffee fix first thing in the morning! A small pot from room service cost $20!!

Expensive but nice

Great view from the terrace. You pay much for it all, and they nickel and dime you for everything. I needed to use their computer and had to buy time at 40 cents per minute. But their internet was stuck on their Fed Ex web site, so it was a waste of a few dollars-- no refund.

Don't Expect Good Service Even If You Have a Suite

Posted Jul 30, 2015
Pros: View, the modern look of the hotel rooms, the luxury of the hotel, and that it was located on the strip
Cons: Attention to the customers needs, nothing was resolved during our stay. Useless compensation was offered the LAST night of our stay.
Location: Located on the strip of Vegas and walking distance of other hotels and casinos
Booked a Wrap-Around Suite for 3 days and 3 nights because we were referred by a friend who said the views were second to none. We immediately should've noticed the red flag as soon as we checked in with the front desk, they told us that our room had just been shampooed and that the carpet might be a little damp. When we got to the room the carpet was fine, until we got into the master bedroom where the carpet was soaked starting from the living room. We wrote it off to the carpet being shampooed. The next day we noticed the water didn't recede and the puddle seemed to get bigger, so we called the concierge to resolve it. They said that they would send someone up to take a look at it, but we would be out of the room. We come back later in the afternoon to a seemingly bigger and wetter puddle, so we called the concierge again claiming that they sent someone to vacuum it up. So this time they send someone to take a look at the air conditioning system, time passes and no one came by. We call down again and they said that no one answered the door, impossible, because we were in the room the entire time. We find out that the doorbell to the suite wasn't working, so add that to the list. It turns out that the A/C was leaking from the walls and they couldn't do anything. No resolution came from the concierge desk until the next night (our last night) telling us that they could move us to a different room but not the same amenities or 2 day passes to the day club, really?

Nice spot on the strip.

Posted Jul 30, 2015
Pros: Great drinks and food. Nice casino. Pool was also nice, although more attention given to the chairs/towels would be nic
Cons: $16.00 for coffee and a yogurt is crazy, even at a five star place.
Room was great-- huge and beautiful with a large balcony! Phone had some weird mold on it which was concerning. We were on the nighclub side, which was really loud (even on Monday) I'd ask for something higher or somewhere else next time.

Hotel

Even though the hotel itself was very luxurious the complimentary service of the staff did not match.. Me and my partner booked our July holiday in February, as we were there getting married he wanted to make it very special and so emailed them asking for a room with a view and a bottle of champagne on arrival in our room..thinking 6 months notice was enough time! Instead we got a view of a very noisy construction site and no champagne. Instead we had to buy champagne ourselves at the hotel bar costing us nearly $200! Which was more than it would have cost to be delivered to the room!...some acknowledgement that it was our wedding would have been nice ...
