Expedia Customers Are Second Class Citizens

Posted May 28, 2015
Pros: Location, pool, restaurants
Cons: actually getting the room I paid for
We reserved larger rooms with balconies on Expedia but when we arrived were told that those rooms were not available and only smaller rooms (with no balconies) were available.

Great location and rooms!

I have stayed in this hotel several times and I absolutely love it for its location and amazing suites. When you go to it you can actually feel like a VIP in the extravagance that is Las Vegas. Sadly, this time a couple of people in the staff were a little rude and I didn't get a room for about 7 hours after checking in. I thought I should at least get a late check out because I didn't really have a room on my first day but they didn't apologize or let me get any extra time. I hope they improve their service to the way it used to be because I still love this hotel.

Don't expect to get the room you paid for...

Reserved and prepaid a three night stay in a 2 queen terrace suite. Upon arrival was informed, "all those rooms are gone so we will upgrade you to a 1 king suite with pull-out bed." View was great. Stayed one night and slept on this thing they call a bed. I wouldn't let my dog sleep on it if I had a choice. Checked out the next morning and went to the Encore (where I should have been in the first place.) Lots of issues...waited an hour for bell service to bring up bags... after three phone calls... finally went and got them myself. Took another hour to get linens for the pull out "bed". Dirty hallways, cigarette butts in the elevators, etc... yeeech. Food and service at Henry's was excellent. Run from this place.

Hotel stay was overall great! Was a little disappoint with the dinner buffet. We thought the food there was not great. Paying $50 a person for it was a big disappointment

Great Stay. Will continue to come back to Cosmo!

Posted May 27, 2015
Pros: The staff, atmosphere and of course the amazing décor!
Cons: We has some issues with our room key not working at first. It took customer service some extra time to come up and fix the issue but it was all good!!
Location: The location is right in the heart of the strip. Close to shopping malls, other attractions on the strip and great restaurants.
It was a great girls get away. 10 girls in my family all met up in Vegas for some nice pool time and we took in a concert as well. We always enjoyed the great atmosphere, awesome hotel, and amazing staff that Cosmo always has to offer. Enjoyed our stay once again and hope to return for another wonderful experience!

Great hotel -- rooms are fabulous, facilities are prestine, beautiful and modern. Overall great experience. Only negatives are really expensive room service prices, but hey it is Vegas. Also we went on Memorial Day weekend and couldn't get into Marquee day party for free as a guest of hotel (Marquee is a club within the Cosmopolitan). They were charging ladies $33 and men $140 to get in! Yes, $140! Needless to say we didn't go in, lol. Other than that the hotel was great. You don't even have to venture out on the strip if you don't want to -- the hotel has everything you need! Spa was excellent and two pool locations wee great!
