Really nice hotel at Strip

Posted Apr 14, 2014
Nice hotel and good service. Only thing to complain was a leftover cheese in the fridge from previous customer. When I notified the management about it they refunded me 3 nights from hotel service fee, which was really nice.

Nice hotel despite some of the rude staff

Posted Apr 14, 2014
Pros: The beautiful rooms and the location
Cons: Provide an option of more breakfast selection in the prestige lounge
Location: Ideal for families as there are attractions like Fashion Mall, Premium factory outlet (not walking though) the Mirage hotel for the dolphin habitat
Lets start of with the hotel. It is beautiful, its centrally located, the rooms were excellent, the view from the room was beautiful, the selection of restaurants available in the hotel were delicious, it felt safe as I was there with my wife and child, the prestige staff were friendly and the lounge was very nice and not too busy only on Friday and Saturday. I would not recommend ordering room service as my wife had been treated rudely on the phone with one of the staff and I did bring this up and the hotel acted upon it. As well as the rude individual staff the quality of the food was not very good which was surprising. We did not order any meat dishes but the fish dishes and the vegetarian option let the hotel down. Lucky for us the hotel had some lovely restaurants which never let us down like Lava and Buddy. The cafe downstairs I think it was called Cafe Lux was very good with an excellent selection of food.

I would say Palazzo is one of the best quality hotel in Las Vegas. Good service of staff especially concierge made me unexpected experiences of my trip.

Lovely spacious rooms

Posted Apr 14, 2014
Pros: The spacious rooms
Cons: The pool area is very crowded. You can literally touch the person sitting next to you. Make people go elsewhere to smoke.
The room was spacious enough for threes of us. Loved the Venetian shops and restaurants.

Nice Hotel...not the best and not the worst.

Posted Apr 12, 2014
Pros: The pool was nice as were the staff that tended it.
Cons: Black Jack paid 6:5 where as the majority of the other hotel casino's still paid 3:2. The doors to each suite should be more airtight.
Our experience started out okay nice security and valet staff. We arrived at 3:30 and our room was not ready. They took our cell number and said it would be ready shortly...I had a request for a hypoallergenic room as high up as possible so I reconfirmed this with the front desk woman and she said no problem. We went for a bite and they promptly called us at 4:30 saying that our room was ready. We checked in shortly after that and found that the room was nice but of course there was down everything on the bed....so we had to have that changed. Unfortunately the housekeeper/chambermaid only had 3 pillows and so requested more and they said that they would be by shortly...we stayed in our room for an hour and no one showed so we left for the evening and thought they would be there when we got back...they weren't so I had an uncomfortable sleep that night. The next day I left a tip and a note with a request for some additional pillows for the chambermaid and came back to clean room with the note in the same place and the money still there but no additional pillows. I promptly called the front desk and told them about the note and the request and the fellow assured me that the pillows would be there...and they were. The room was nice and spacious but the so called view of the strip was basically only a view of Treasure Island, Trump residences and the Fashion mall....not really worth the upcharge. The toilet excessively noisy after each use and the door was not airtight.

Hotel central to everything on the strip.

Posted Apr 8, 2014
Cons: Pillows could be more comfortable.
Location: Close to all major shows and shops.
Staff were always pleasant and very helpful. Restaurant "10" had the best truffle mac & cheese.

sofa bed is a twin pull out sofa bed with a mattre

Posted Apr 8, 2014
Pros: big room, misleading though due to sofa is pull out twin, not full size pull out
Cons: service, service, service
Location: strip shopping, good eats, shows, we don't gamble, we like great food, shopping, shows
the sofa bed intended for 13 and 9 year old is more of a twin size, no bedding in room and when called for bedding was told each room had a limit of one pillow and blanket extra per room. If you think calling mgmt. will help be prepared to be put on hold endlessly. I found the service to be appalling, very disappointing, would not stay again even if it were free. Have stayed at Wynn, Encore, and Mirage many times with superior service.
