Location: Other casinos are close enough
Windows in the rooms are too small. Felt very trapped. Asked for another room and got one but not any better.

I knew walking in that the hotel was under construction ... I didn't know that the pool was closed, and while the Expedia website said they had an outdoor pool to use, it was actually at an entirely different hotel which was incredibly inconvenient. The one thing that got me back was that it had balconies ... which they do not anymore -- they have screwed all balcony doors shut !!! I would have stayed someplace else if I would have known this information. Rooms are old ... hopefully things will start looking up for this hotel after they finally get the remodel done (that has been ongoing for the past 3 years !!!)

This is the worst experience I had at any hotel in Las Vegas. First, I had to take two different elevators to my room bc of the recording going on at the hotel. Next there was not an ice machine on the 2nd floor and no signage to direct me to the ice machine. I found out it was on the 6th floor and again had to take two elevators. When I got to the ice machine, it wasn't producing ice. Went back to the room and tried to call the front desk but all the extensions on the phone were wrong. Finally went to the front desk and spoke to a manager who offered me a $10 drink credit then upgraded to $20 for the inconvenience and said they would have two buckets of ice sent to the room. After 45 minutes I was still waiting for the ice. Called the front desk after getting the correct extension from the manager and they still had no eta for the ice. Five minutes later it arrived at the room. On the day of checkout I tried to check out by the TV menu but the service was down. Tried to call to check out but again the wrong extension in the hotel booklet. Decided to check out at the front desk but had to wait 25 minutes to get to the main level for the lobby. After all this, I told the front desk about my experience and they told me that the manager should had switched my room on the day of check in. In the system they did not recognize the manager name who helped me on the first day. After all of this they decided to refund my resort fee. I will definitely not ever stay here again!!!

I reserved and paid for a non smoking room and at check in, I was told that they didn't have one. The desk said that they would put us in a "really nice" room but it was smoking. We stepped on the elevator and were overwhelmed by the smell and the filth. The carpets were nearly black from dirt and ashes. There were cigarette butts all over the floor. There were burns in the carpet and on the walls. We were stuck because they told us that it was the only available room. We were exhausted. We walked in our room the same overwhelming smell. The same burns on walls, rugs. There were even burn marks in the shower (along with hair.) I plugged in my phone and found no outlet cover on the electrical outlet. It was a miserable stay and to top it off, they didn't tell us that the pool was closed. I have never been so disgusted in a hotel. They didn't even offer to fix anything or offer an apology.

I was so disappointed in this room, the wallpaper was split and hanging the table and chairs were older then me I guess you have to spent more then $100 per night plus the 22.40 for resort fee to get a decent room at the Quad

Pros: Central location to everything on the Las Vegas Strip.
Cons: All the construction mess. Very confusing to find your way from the parking garage to the main desk.
Location: Central location to all the major hotels and casinos on the Las Vegas Strip. Easy access to the transit service that runs 24 hours a day.
The Quad Hotel is in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip across from the Caesar's Palace. Formally The Imperial Palace, the hotel is going through a major renovation process and as such is in quite a mess in some places. The room was nice enough, nothing fancy, comfortable, adequate for a single night's stay. The staff were very helpful and courteous, they even gave us free tickets to the antique car show on the 5th floor of the hotel. We will consider staying here again after the renovation process is finished next year.

After the first night we had to switch rooms as ours was facing the nightclub. Our second room had a clogged bathtub and sink with gum stuck to the top of the nightstand. The hotel pool wasn't available, as the hotel was under construction. The hotel is perfect as it's right in the middle of the strip but has nothing to offer. Will definitely not come back here or recommend it.
