On the strip.

This hotel is in a great location and is within walking distances of most venues - unless you are a seventy year olds lady.

Decent hotel for all night partiers

Posted Jul 20, 2014
Booked last minute for a Friday night. Decent price compared to flamingo and harras. Was under renovation so I had a pretty terrible room. I would recommend for young people in their 20s looking to spend most of their time in the clubs and casinos and really just need a place to rest in the early morning. Lots of empty beer cans and bottles in the halls and loud rooms.

Nice on the outside

Posted Jul 19, 2014
When we first saw the hotel from the outside, it looked very nice. I know it was imperial palace before so they just covered it from the outside. The inside was in horrible condition. The walls were peeling, everything was ripped from the walls, the carpets were coming off, my toilet kept making weird sounds, the room phone looked disgusting (I couldn't even call house keeping), and the overall inside needs to be remodeled. Hopefully it gets done sooner rather than later. However, I do enjoy the price for the stay. It's right in the middle of the strip so it made things convenient.

Ugh under construction

Posted Jul 16, 2014
Pros: Location
Cons: Construction going on during our stay. Could have warned us, and given a discount for returning card members!
Location: Perfect location on the strip
Asked for a poolside room. No one mentioned that the pool is CLOSED. Paid good money during construction. Gonna hate to see the room rates when the place is finished.

Close to center of strip

Posted Jul 16, 2014
We stayed a few nights at another hotel (NYNY) and decided we wanted to stay another night in vegas. So my gf and I looked at prices and NYNY was kind of pricy for a Sunday night stay. So we looked into the Quad. Prices were super cheap and closer to center of strip attractions. We payed about 45$ With tax and resort fees. Only downer it was under construction and like a imperial palace feel still. ( late 80's early 90's vibe) but it was fairly clean over all. Elevators and hallways were kinda dingy, but I'm pretty sure due to construction. Our room faced the Harrahs outdoor club area, music was going on till about 330am but did not mind at all. They played some great tunes lol! Price can't beat it and maybe when it's done we will stay again.

Not good

Posted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: Location was the only thing I liked.
Cons: The rooms and common areas need to be remodeled. The smell needs to be addressed.
Location: restuarants and the Linq
The halls smelled awful. The elevaters were gross and smelled like urine. The room was dirty and the linens on the bed were ragged. I stayed at the Quad before when it was the Imerial Palace. I did not return. When I chose to come back it was because I was informed that the Hotel would be updated by the time of my reservation. That the rooms would be remodeled. The location on the strip was the only posotive thing I can say. This was not a good experience. My husband and I come to Vegas 3-4 times a year. We will take our buisness elsewhere.

Convinience

Posted Jul 15, 2014
Easy access and very well located on the strip. Access by foot up and down the strip is perfect. At the moment, going under remodeling so we could understand the conditions around the hotel and casino. Would come back again for only the convience, especially, if you are only there to just rest your head, shower and back out again-oh and for the price, but I'm sure once they are in full operation/remodeling, watch prices go up.
