Pros: big room, kitchenettes
Location: located almost in the center of the Strip, a lot of things to do
we enjoyed our stay, everything was great wifi was stable, connection fast glad to have whirlpool in our suite kitchenettes included what we required, complimentary coffee and organic tea was great, (kitchenettes is better to request during checkin (or later by phone)

Just off the Strip

Pros: It is a a little ways off the Las Vegas Strip but relatively easy to access. No casino to go through, Quiet
Cons: Not that the hotel can change this but keep Starbucks open until 9:00 pm at least!
Location: Quiet get away after being on the strip. Somewhat a walking distance but not too bad. 10 minute walk to MGM hotel via indoor walkway.
This is our second visit to the Signature MGM Grand. This was building #1 and our first was to building #3. This building is a little older. The pool was closed due to winter but the pool and hot tub at building #2 were open. We did not use it because it was a jaunt away and chilly. The rooms have semi separate living area and a kitchenette. Beautiful bathrooms and comfy beds. This building has a Starbuck which closes at 7:00 pm. The staff are fabulous. Friendly and accommodating. The smell in the lobby is heavenly! Makes you feel like you are on an island vacation.

Relax in Vegas

Pros: Away from the gambling. It was comfortable and relaxing.
Cons: Not anything at this point but they will need to change up the rug sometime soon
Came to relax the first few days and weren't disappointed in our stay. Room was nice, spacious, and comfortable with only a few signs of wear. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Housekeeping attended to little details that made our stay more memorable. Will definitely recommend.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Signature- we were still near to all of the activities we wanted to do, but far enough removed from the chaos of the casinos. Tanja at the front desk was fabulous- we visited for my birthday and we joked at check-in that she wouldn't be working that day to sing me "Happy birthday." When we came back to our room in the evening on my birthday, there was a nice card from her along with a bottle of wine and chocolate-covered strawberries! It was a wonderful surprise. The room was very clean each day and all staff in the hotel were incredibly friendly. Also, this might seem like a small thing, but the elevators were fast and we never had to wait for one to be available. We plan to stay at the Signature again on our next visit to Vegas.

Losing attention to detail

Pros: Gorgeous suites, perfect location for us.
Cons: Attention to detail. Responsiveness for issues. Given problems we had applied to several departments - would seem to be a managerial issue.
Have stayed here several times now. Gorgeous rooms, great location for us. Have noticed however that attention to detail and responsiveness are slipping. Last year our suite had only hot water somehow, water was too hot to bathe the kids. Calls regarding this were taken immediately, but response was absent. Had to call again next day. Then didn't get answer until the following day, plumbing issue, had to fill tub and let cool enough for baths. This year little details off. Error in room service order, no caffeinated coffee for machine for two consecutive days, borderline cleanliness. Found a scuff on bumper of car and asked to have hotel check to see if may have happened there. Very nice and receptive, was told manager would look into and call. Did not call. Had to ask again the next morning, the morning we were leaving, finally got response minutes before leaving. Stated weren't sure, but we could fill out report. Decided against it as wasn't crucial, and may have happened elsewhere.

our stay was great the room was clean and very comfortable. enjoyed having the coffee maker and toaster in the room.

Outstanding!

Wow just Wow! We stayed on the 33rd floor in tower 1 ( which is closer to the strip about 5 min walk ) Everyone here is so professional and upscale. Every time we asked for tea, towels, coffee, toothbrushes, etc... they brought up plenty. The Suite came with full kitchenette - oven- stove- microwave - toaster- blender- sink - even soap and kitchen supplies. Jetted hot tub for 2 people very roomy and spotless. the King size bed was superb with soft pillows but not too soft. Sheets were changed daily and always clean. Loved the fact that we had a huge balcony! The Hotel is non- smoking so this was perfect for us. We took our Hookah! The bathroom had the toilet in separate room and twin sinks for his and hers. A stone tiled shower w great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Full sized mirrors everywhere - Makes perfect selfie pics! Lighting was excellent and lots of counter space. Closet had two comfy robes, safe ( fits laptop) iron with iron board, and plenty of hangers. Room also had a couch with coffee table, desk with notepads and lamp. There is a separate cabinet for ice and plenty of cabinet space all around. I could not be any happier with this Hotel. Hotel also has a gift shop, gym and plenty of swimming pools and jacuzzis around... beautiful grounds super clean. Only cons were: TV had only one HBO station ( they are updating this soon ) Food service was excellent but food is pricey and bland. There is a $25 resort fee per night but totally worth it. Ever

Would definitely not return

Pros: It was clean and the hotel staff was nice. That about covers it.
Cons: Install devices to prevent door from loudly slamming shut at all hours of the night. Ensure moving sidewalk are, in fact, MOVING. Working appliances.
Location: 1/2 mile+ walk to the strip
Definitely not a good Vegas hotel experience: 1. The hotel room doors have nothing to stop them from slamming shut. This is not only a danger to children with heavy doors slamming shut, but guess what you will get to hear all night? Drunk people coming home and slamming their room doors. 2. The hotel is connect to the MGM grand and the strip...via a more than a half mile corridor one-way. There are moving sidewalks, but they were non-operational for the majority of our stay. 3. Only half the wall electrical outlets in the room worked. 4. Their "low-flow" toilet took 20 minutes to fill...that's 20 minutes between flushes.

Stunning elegance

Pros: Ambiance, service and spacious suite.
Cons: Has it all.
Location: On the strip and close to all casinos and venues.
The hotel is like the pictures and more. The suite is superbly and richly decorated. The master bathroom is stunning and has an inviting whirlpool bath. The staff is extremely attentive and the lack of a casino on the ensures quite and relaxation. Can;t wait to go back.
