Nice hotel - close to airport

Pros: We loved that the Signature is connected to the MGM Grand... and yet it's far enough away from the gambling and smoke.
Cons: My only complaint is that some of the guests were obnoxiously loud when they passed by our room in the hallway.
Location: Hotel was a $10 taxi ride from the airport, which was very nice!
Stayed here while we were in town for a funeral; great service (we were able to check-in a little before 3pm without an extra charge). The room was fabulous! Well appointed suite... I would TOTALLY stay here again!

Great alternative to the strip hotels

This was our second time staying here, the rooms are excellent, with everything you'd need like a mini kitchen and fridge. Having access to the MGM pools is great, without having to deal with the traffic of the MGM casino. This is a great place if you want a less noisy Vegas experience.

Great hotel, a bit of a walk

Pros: The view, the decor, nice bathrooms.
Location: With MGM nearby/attached, there are tons of nice dining options. Short walk to the M&M Store!
The hotel was comfortable, clean, and relaxing. The only negative is that it is a bit of a walk to get to The Strip but there are people-mover walkways to assist with that.

Pros: Facilities and comfort, you can go very fast to MGM, The Strip, and the pool complex and you dont go outside, it was 42 F outside.
Cons: Self Parking option, and room cleaniness just because the bad day we had,
We loved The Signature, but one day the cleaning staff didnt clean our room, well they did clean our bead, ate some cookies but that was all, no toillet, nothing else, realy just bed, Thats weird. Also i dont like so much that they only have valet parking and not the option for self parking, you can wait for long to get your car.

Disappointed

Let me preface my comments by stating a few facts. I booked the reservation under my name, checked us in upon arrival, provided the front desk with my credit card for incidentals during our 5-night stay and, lastly, added my friend's name to the reservation. A standard check-in, right? The following day, I was told by the Kà box office that I wasn't able to charge my tickets to the room because my name was not on the reservation. I was so embarrassed. The front desk really has no idea why, so I offer up a possible explanation...earlier that day, my friend added his Mlife card to the room (via the concierge). Could this be why? Ahhh, yes, I'm told that the addition of my friend's Mlife card to the room was done incorrectly and that my name and information had been replaced by my friend's but that they would fix it immediately. I walk away satisfied. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to me at the time, I'd be revisiting this issue again several days later. In summary, they never fixed anything, I was not able to charge anything to my room, I was told by the front desk that my name was noted in the "Notes" section in their reservations system and upon checkout they referred to my by my friend's name and asked if I wanted to take care of our room charges (i.e., resort fee, taxes, etc.) with my credit card on file. Unbelievable. While the hotel facilities and room were nice, I would not recommend The Signature solely based on the level of incompetence displayed by the hotel staff.

1st time in Las Vegas

This hotel is absolutely AMAZING! The only complaint I have is that they close the pool way to early (8 p.m.) .Beautiful, comfortable, great staff, and conveniently located in the middle of the strip.

Valet Parking

I like this hotel but only one problem is Parking. Check out time and weekend evening, it took 25min to get my car.

Great Location with Excellent Customer Service!

We arrived to the Hotel late, around midnight and unloaded all of our luggage. We actually arrived at the main MGM grand building instead of the signature, but the guy working at the bell desk was very kind and helpful. He directed us to the signature. It was about a 10minute walk but once we arrived, the manager was nice enough to not only upgrade our room but also rush the bell desk in retrieving our luggage. I was traveling with family so they were also able to accommodate having us stay on the same floor, right next door. It was the best experience I've ever had with any hotels in Vegas. I would definitely stay here again! :)

MGM Signature at Las Vegas

The stay was better than I had expected. The decor was nice and the room was spacious enough to acommodate more than 4 people. The only comment I have to make is regarding the house keeping service. I had left the house keeping button on all day hoping someone would come by to clean up the room, but had returned in the middle of the night only to find no one came by. Not a big deal though.
