Solo trip to Vegas

Posted Jul 6, 2015
Great place to stop, the towers of the signature are a bit of the strip, which is great for peace and quiet but adds a walk to everything, inlcuding the casino or buffet. Well set up for its size, great staff, good facilities.

Nice hotel.

Pros: Private and quieter than main casino hotel rooms.
Cons: A larger more complete comfort store with more appropriate pricing would make guests stays more comfortable.
Location: The monorail connects you to most of the strip and a bridge connects you to Caesars palace the location is very centrally located.
The Valet's were great the front desk was fast and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable with a kitchenette but you had to request all needed utensils, there are none when you check in. We needed a roll away and they do not have them in the signature towers. The Signature towers are a little remote from the main casino and pools. Overall it was a good place to stay. Tower 1 pol is adults only tower 2&3 are family friendly.

There's always a but...

Posted Jul 4, 2015
We had an amazing stay at the Signature. The front desk staff were exceptionally accommodating and our suite was beautiful but... The only complaints I would add is that when booking I would ask that they advertise on expedia and other travel sites to make it clearer that the Signature is not the same as the MGM. It caused a bit of confusion at check in for me. Also when we checked in to our room at 2 am the room was not clean. To me this shouldn't have happened as we checked in well after check in time. However the front desk staff were very gracious about it and gave us a credit and a new room. As lovely as the new room was over all, it was a wheel chair accessible room so the bench in the shower was a bit of nuisance, but considering the amount of extra space we gained it was a very small issue. Over all I would say I would return.

Awesome home vibe

Posted Jul 3, 2015
We stayed 4 nights and I can't wait to go back. The setup was great and jacuzzi tub rocked me to sleep. Room service was even affordable- so much that we ordered 2 nights in a row. You will definitely enjoy . Only thing I wish was different was the TV channels. About 30 channels but not really my favs (no Comedy Central , Cartoon Network ...)

good hotel, but lacking in some details

Posted Jul 2, 2015
Pros: Room, Valet and front desk and pool
Cons: housekeeping need to do a better job at scheduling cleaning, Also the hallways were dirty throughout my stay. its all the little details.
Spent a week at the Signature rm 31618. Just got back today First time staying there, but not the first hotel in Las Vegas. I have stayed in most of the strip hotels. Check in was quick and friendly. elevators were quick and rarely another person in them which is great. Room was nice with a great view. Soaking tub and shower was nice. Toilet was a seperate area with a door. Valet was prompt and freindly. they were 100% We spent the first day at the MGM pool. way too many people and hectic. spent the rest of the pool time at the Signature . The pool was excellent. i found it odd that many times there was no one in the life guard seat. what was great was that occasionally a server would go around offering small refreshments gratis. i have stayed at wynn, bellagio and all the top strip hotels and this was the first time i have experienced this. a small gesture like this is great and makes people feel that the hotel is not just trying to milk as much as they can from the guests. Now the negative. even though there is a coffee maker in the room there were no cups for it. i had to call housekeeping and they brought cups. Also the first 2 day they did not make our rooms even though we left the sign for it on. I spoke to the front desk and they explained they were busy and they we had to call to be sure that they would clean our room daily. So we did that and called as we left the room. After this it was cleaned. first time i have had to do this in a hotel.

Our family stayed at the Signature for one night. Overall we enjoyed the hotel look and view. The patio and balcony was great. The hotel staff was pleasant. The only disappointment was the sheets were stained and dirty in several spots. The staff promptly came to the room and provided all new sheets and bedding but obviously it was very gross to see. The stains on the sheets were so prominent that I find it hard to believe that the staff would not have noticed it when they put the sheets on the bed originally. So overall i give the rating 2 stars as it is very hard to get that sight out of your mind even though everything else about the stay was decent. We travel to Las Vegas almost every year so we have been to several of the hotels and resorts. Because there are so many choices for accommodations in Vegas i can not recommend staying at the Signature.

New, spacious, lovely inroom jacuzzi

Posted Jul 1, 2015
I stayed in MGM Grand last time, it's ok but not really impressive, this time i chose Signature MGM and The hotel made my holiday perfect. Everything i need is in the room, safety box, steam iron, iron board, tidy kitchen with gas stove, sink, coffee maker, toaster, blender....., free unlimited daily coffee, tea & water, king bed, warmly living room area, spacious bath room with shower and jacuzzi, double bathroom sinks with TV. Free entrance to Grand MGM pool but i love to stay in private pool. Only receptionists dont look really friendly but it doesnt a big problem. More and more but the hotel doesnt pay me or give me free stay for advertisement, so i better stop here ... Lolzzzzz
