The Signature at MGM Grand

The staff was courteous, place was always clean and everybody was very accommodating. It's a change from rude hotel staff. Room was always cleaned nicely. I had a wonderful experience.

The rooms are very nice with high-end appliances, tasteful decor, and spotless cleaning. Not to mention extremely quiet. It is a longish walk to the strip, but that is well worth the quiet, tower pools and very low riff-raff factor.

We waited quite a while to check in. When we check out, there is no service in tower 1. There is no express check out box to drop the card. We ordered the shuttle for pick-up to airport @ 4:30am the night before with the Concierge , she did not mention or remind us of these facts. We finally saw the posted sign & go to towel 2 & also the security guards happen to walk by to help us.

What a WONDERFUL place to stay!! Nice non smoking, non casino place! Loved the 5 pc bathroom with jetted tub!! It's a 10 minute walk to the MGM Casino/strip. Not too far, but so peaceful and serene. Would definitley stay here again!!

This was our second stay at the Signature, so our expectations were based on how successful it was the first time. Little things were a little disappointing, we approached the concierge for help with booking options for a trip to the Grand Canyon, the guy that served us was not helpful at all, gave us a brochure and that was it. We stayed for 8 nights and had problems with the shower on and off for 6 of them. The maintenance people were very prompt and very pleasant, but sadly the problem of either too hot, or no water pressure prevailed. Family in an adjoining room had no problems! Overall I would still book here on a return trip, the rooms are very generous in size, the kitchenette provides options for meals and the beds are comfy, air con is quiet enough so you can sleep and having the 3 towers with separate entrances there is less congestion when you arrive and depart at anytime.

Awesome hotel! We were there for a wedding and stayed at this hotel. The only down fall to staying here was it felt like we were staying where old people stay because we had security at our door for being to loud when getting ready for the wedding and partying.

If you want to be by the Strip, but don't want to have to live inside a smoky casino, this is a great option. Easy access to the MGM for gambling, restaurants and the rest, but much more quiet and calm when you are in the hotel. Pools are very nice and plenty of places to sit in sun or shade without having to stake out a place at the crack of dawn. Resort fees are a pain, but the rooms had wifi, coffee and they park your car for you for free so at least you get something for them. The rooms were very soundproof and guests more low key than in most of the properties in this area.

The bathtub was the best I've ever been in & there was even a TV in the bathroom to watch while you're enjoying your bath. Clean, spacious rooms with large balcony to get some fresh air.

The Signature is on the grounds of the MGM Grand complex, but it is separate from the casino and therefore quieter for getting sleep. The bathroom was enormous and the room was very comfortable. I stayed in Tower 3 which was about a 10 minute walk to the heart of the MGM complex where the theaters and casino are located. In the morning to catch a cab to the airport, I had to walk over to Tower 2 with my bags because the doorman isn't on duty in Tower 3 at 5am.

We were heading to Disney and Vegas was a great midway point to stop for the night. My youngest daughter got sick during the night and we had to stay in Vegas for an extra day, not wanting her to have to travel in the car. We were staying in another hotel, but knew that the smoke was getting to her so we moved over to the MGM Signature. It was night and day to where we were before, so clean and oh the fresh air...!!! The staff there was absolutely amazing. They allowed us to check in early so my little girl could rest and two of the most amazing valets even had milk and cookies sent up to help put a smile on her face. I absolutely love this hotel and can't imagine staying anywhere else while in Vegas.
