“Great Service!”

I found almost everyone working at The Venetian and the sister property, The Palazzo, to be extremely friendly and helpful. I had a very short wait at the front desk and was helped by a cheerful clerk who sold me on an upgrade to the Prestige Level suites with a strip view at The Palazzo. My room was exactly as promised and the service at the Prestige lounge was over the top. I took advantage of their continental breakfast each day and was never disappointed. In fact, I had no service issues at either hotel outside of one clerk at the Phantom box office who looked and acted like she wanted to be somewhere else. Surprisingly, maintenance seems to be lacking a little at both hotels. There were no major issues but the flaws were not what you would expect at a resort of this level. That being said, I'm all about the service and that did not disappoint. I can't wait to return.

“Birthday Blowout”

Came to town for 27th birthday w/ friends in tow-- never stayed at Venetian and was blown away by their staff and efficiency of service. Beds were SO comfortable and the suite was large enough to pre-party and after-party. Especially loved the restaurants inside this hotel: Thomas Keller's Bouchon took such good care of us and as did the numerous other places in the San Marco square area. Location was key because all of the nighclubs we went to were a short cab ride away: went to the Wynn, Encore, and Palms to party. Would definitely stay here again.

“Affordable Luxury”

I've been to Vegas for vacation many times but had never stayed at the Venetian. We really enjoyed it and had a gorgeous spacious suite with a view of the pools. Everything was very top notch and I especially love the security at the Ventetian. Some hotels in Vegas only check for room key cards when going to guest elevators after a certain time of nite, but the Venetian enforces that 24/7 which I really appreciate - especially as a woman. Drinks were still outrageously expensive. You'd think in this economy that they'd at least be offering happy hr specials to get you started. They've moved the cab line from under the canopy in front of the hotel to a spot in the sun. As a way to mitigate the heat they have sprinlers "misting" you in the line. This is not a good thing for a woman when you've done your hair to go out - bad idea. I come to Vegas to get away from the humidity in DC. All in all, great and would highly recommend.

“Great Hotel”

My husband and I decided to stay at the Venetian, we stayed for 6 days, and it was awesome. Everything we thought it would be and more. Dining in definately costs more, but its worth it. And if you dont have the money, go downstairs to their dining area, lots of choices. Also, if your looking for a view, this hotel may not be the best choice to see 'the strip'. The 'strip' is curved and the venetian is right on the curve, so you can't see too much from the rooms. The hotel conceirge was very informative and the answered the phone lines in a timely manner. Also, asking for extras in the rooms ei hangers, towels, ice, etc wasnt charged, and they brought it with manners.

“Great Hotel”

Everything in this hotel is top notch. We ordered drinks via room service and it did take over an hour to get them, so for me that was my only downgrade. I don't travel much so I learned a valuable lesson.
