“Would definitely go back!”

Everything was perfect. The TAO pool did bring the 25 and under crowd who by 4pm each day were totally drunk out of their minds.......you can avoid them though by going to other pools.

“Blow your mind”

We made a quick decision to extend our trip for a couple of nights in Vegas. Booked flights & Accom online hoping for the best. Imagine our surprise when we arrived to be greeted with suites... Close to all the action on the strip, this was without a doubt the best part of the trip due in no small part to the luxury accommodation at the Venetion Hotel.

“Excellent service”

I had a great stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is professional and friendly. Most of the restaurants are pretty good. My only criticism would be the ventilation system (not the AC) in the room which produces air that smells like food and can bother you when asleep.

“Made my stay relaxing”

At all times the front desk did what they could to cater to my requests if it was more towels or tickets yo a show they took care of it. The maid service was also very flexible considering the odd hours we kept they would take care of cleaning and straightening out the room when ever we decided to get up and vacate it and sometimes that was quite late in the day. The whole time we were there everything was taken care of no matter what and everyone was curtious and friendly at all times.

“Had a great time”

We spent a weekend at the Venetian Hotel and had a great time. Had to wait a while at check in but the lady who checked us in was very friendly, offered us an upgrade to a higher floor with a view of the Strip which we took, glad we did, could watch the Volcano at The Mirage without leaving the hotel room! Super big room for the 3 of us, 2 queen beds and large seating area. The bathroom was huge too with separate bath, shower, 2 sinks, vanity area, separate room for the toilet. Mirrors were brilliant for seeing the back of your hair when styling. Ate dinner the first night in St Marks Square at an Italian- bit expensive. Breakfast by the Casino was very reasonable and tasty. Decor was amazing, loved all the Venetian touches, didn't go on a gondola but looked good if you like that sort of thing. Obviously it is a huge hotel and took a little while to walk places but we didn't find this a problem, always something to look at. Saw one of the pools with a couple of spa pools nearby, lots of people about, didn't go in as keen to sight-see, would be good to relax if there for longer. It was very hot while we were there but we did some walking to nearby hotels, for ones further away used taxis- bit of a queue each time but an efficient system. This was our first time in Vegas, would love to go back and would definitely go back to The Venetian.

“perfect except the found & lost department”

I am disapointed with the lost and found department. I left behind an i-pod docking station, which is worth not more than $100. they told me they will recover and contact me as soon as posible. I called several time ever since and left a message every time b/c they never pick a phone. No body has replied to me 10 day later, and now I'm about to give up. this doesn't meet my expected of Venecian staff.
