Great choicePosted Sep 18, 2014
It took me a long time to decide on a hotel in Vegas since there is so many. But couldn't be happier with the choice. The staff were lovely, the room was big and beautiful. Only thing was everything is expensive but that is Vegas for you. Can't wait to come back.

Nothing to complain about here.Posted Sep 17, 2014
Cons: Only thing missing was a buffet
Location: Grand canyon day trip is well worth doing.
Room was very big and comfortable. Food in hotel was always nice and affordable. Big choice of restaurants, pools and shops. Quick taxi drive from airport and all staff were very nice. An all around pleasant stay.

Venetian Victory!Posted Sep 16, 2014
This was my first time staying in Las Vegas as I planned a girls weekend for my friends Bachlorette Party. The hotel itself was beautiful, and our Bella Suite could not have been more perfect. Your staff was very pleasant and helpful in anything that I needed, and made sure to respond right away if I had a question with something or needed assitance. Thank you Venetian Hotel. It was a great experience Can't wait to come back one day.

Too many stag/hen parties!Posted Sep 16, 2014
Pros: Good position on strip. A good mixture of restaurants of all prices to suit everyone.
Cons: More security on bedroom corridors in hotel
Location: Near to forum shops and fashion show mall. Also within walking distance of High roller(wheel) which is definitely worth going on and not too pricey.
This was my 4th visit to Venetian Hotel. I have always thought I was going somewhere special but this time I was left disappointed. I arrived with my daughter at the weekend and the place was full of young partygoers. We had to move rooms the first night owing to loud music and shouting coming from next door. The second night we were woken by a man banging on our door at 4.45am who had obviously got the wrong room. On third night we were greeted on hotel corridor by a man with his trousers round his ankles showing us his bare bottom!. Not really what you expect when staying at a 5 star hotel. After the weekend it quietened down considerably and we began to enjoy the venetian as we had on previous visits. Will definitely not stay at Venetian again over the weekend as lack of sleep spoiled our holiday.

Very nice hotel with excellent Strip locationPosted Sep 16, 2014
Cons: Some bathroom facilities
Location: This is Vegas - there is everything! Grand Canyon trip was the highlight! Gondolas great fun too!
Excellent hotel - but this is reflected in the price. I haven't given top marks because in terms of value for money, there are a few minor issues which I feel are lacking. Having paid top money, I have high standards! This includes: poor quality toiletries provided in bathrooms; nowhere to hang wet bathrobes/towels in the bathroom (they encourage re-use, but you can't hang them anywhere to dry); some areas starting to show their age (although I understand that refurbishment is going on); third bed booked but not made up when we arrived and although bedding was delivered, we were required to make up the bed ourselves or PAY housekeeping to do it (guess what we did?). Having said that, this is one of the best quality hotels on the Strip from what we saw. Facilities are excellent with a variety of food and activities to suit all. Reasonably central location, and we found it easy to walk to other attractions. Local Wallgreens by the front entrance for those essential bits and pieces. Pool - we always managed to find sunbeds regardless of the time we turned up. Towels and drinks service plentiful! Would we go back? Would be very happy to do so if we visit Vegas again, although sometimes we also like to try out other hotels just for the experience - so might possibly consider the Bellagio or Caesar's Palace just for a change. This isn't a reflection on the Venetian - just a question of choice and variety!
