Nice & Decent hotel for the stayPosted Jul 9, 2014
Hotel was clean; Room was quite spacious. Breakfast could be better. They had only very limited items in the breakfast menu. Overall a pleasant stay.

We needed a place to stay in or near Las Vegas overnight the hotel fit the bill perfectly. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was extremely courteous.

Worst experience we have had at your hotelPosted Jan 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
We were not happy what so ever. We couldnt check in at check in time which meant we had to do it after our sons late games which was after 8pm. Then when we get there our room carpet is soaking wet, their are no clean towels in the bathroom and food was left in the refrigerator. We did have a very nice maintenance young man that came and brought us clean towels and cleaned out the fridge but nothing was done about the carpets. The front desk girl just kept asking if we wanted something free from the little hotel store. Please address these issues or we wont be staying at this hotel again or booking thru you.

good hotel but really really rude front deskPosted Jan 5, 2014 on Hotels.com
Stayed in this hotel during new year. Hotel was nice and clean but front desk ladies were really really rude and egoistic. We arrived an hour before in the hotel after long 9 hr journey from SFO, but these front desk ladies didn't allow us to wait in the hotel lobby and asked us to roam around the city (We have ladies and kids with us). It was so much disheartening as I have stayed in other Marriot hotels multiple times and never had these kind of people at front desk. That being said, I would have not mentioned these point here, if they would have better during our stay but no, rudeness was continued. When inform them about cleaning the room, they questioned us back why didn't we allow the cleaning person to clean the room at the time when they arrived. Come-on!!!!! are you expecting us to wake in the morning 9 o'clock for the cleaning the room after roaming Vegas till 4 AM. Good points were clean room and quite location and near by amenities. But Front desk was really horrible and hope you'll agree, it will spoil your mood the moment your enter in the hotel.

close to where I need to bePosted Dec 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
There was a very disturbing noise that went on all night. It was like a hum and created a vibration and rattle on wall. Not able to get much sleep. Not real happy.

Clean and ComfortablePosted Oct 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
Overall the stay was fine. Their sister hotel is just across the parking lot. I had a 1st floor single room with king-sized bed. It was comfortable for my purposes. I had work to do in the room, so I brought my laptop. Internet connections were simple and were included in the price. There were plenty of electrical outlets to keep all devices plugged in. There was a hiccup during my check-in. Apparently the front desk clerk didn't complete the process, so the assistant managers kept knocking on the door (even when the DND sign was posted). After finally speaking with them, they needed me to go back up to the front because of their error. No big deal, but it was a little inconvenient. While there I asked for a late check-out. The assistant manager (Crystal, I believe), said it wouldn't be a problem and said she would note my account. However, on the last day, I kept getting knocks on the door 3 hours prior to the agreed upon check out time, again, even with the DND sign hanging from the door handle. I finally - while on an important call - answered the incessant knocking on the door. I stated there was an agreed upon check out time and the knocker said, "oh, okay." What's the point of "noting the account" if no one reads, acknowledges nor pays attention to it? Crazy, right? I didn't partake in the free breakfast, so I can't comment on that. Would I stay again, probably. Hopefully they develop a system to keep the staff informed of when guests arrive and when they depart.

townhouse stayPosted Oct 22, 2013 on Hotels.com
It was good. Staff very helpful, rooms nice, near full kitchen, breakfast bar is much less than other places. for several night's stay, they have washer/driers on every floor. Good exercise room!
