Nice pool

Posted Jul 8, 2014
It had the best pool I have had so far in Vegas, but minimumal resturants or amenities. Hotel was fully booked so had to have a smoking room. Holes burned in furniture and the grossest carpet!

Very good front desk. I requested for 2 beds and gave us a room at the top floor. Then requested a coffee pot and gave me a keurig with coffee and tea. Good service. Great location, great pool.

Spent 4 nights in Vegas over the 4th of July holiday. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The check in process was quick and easy! We arrived at 11a.m and was allowed to check in right away! We are planning to go back again. We had a Ball!

Will not stay again

Posted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: The staff and the swim up blackjack table and music at the pool.
Cons: Granted it was over 100 degrees but the pool could have been a little warmer. Their pool could have been better.
Location: MGM seemed to be more lively in regards to Sports Race/Betting area.
I will never stay at this hotel again. My boyfriend and I came for 4th of July weekend (and our anniversary). I asked the reservation desk when we were checking in if they had free wifi. He said no and it would be a $19.95 fee, so we said nevermind. Then he asked us to sign something for the charges etc and noticed the $19.95 and I said we do not want internet. He said it's a resort fee and mandatory to pay that each day for pool, gym and internet. This is RIDICULOUS. We get to our room and notice there is no fridge. Really??? It's VEGAS. So I called the Front Desk and she said they could bring up a fridge for $15 per day!! Are you crazy??? So I said so you force us to pay $20 a day fee and now you charge for a fridge?? I told her we would never stay here again and hung up. A minute later she calls me back at the room and said they would give us the fridge for free for the rest of our stay (should have ALREADY BEEN FREE). So I thanked her and she said they would be right up....over half an hour later they decide to show up. Their blinds are not dark enough to hold out the light and the AC did not seem to get cold enough. Granted it was over 100 degrees but the pool could have been a little warmer. Their pool could have been better, they had one side closed off and said it would open sat which is strange and when it was "open" it was still closed off for Gay and Lebsian but we walked in and nothing was said to us. It was more fun on that side!

I was charged $67 for the resort fee and we never used any if it. I think you should only be charged if you use it.

Pros: location is excellent
Cons: walk from the hotel entrance to the towers
Location: food. shopping gambling and entertainment.
Location- perfect, close to airport, far from crowded hotels, close to monorail entrance. Parking covered areas available. Hotel access from the entrance requires about 1/2 mile walk to the elevators that take you to club towers. Rooms- are clean and spacious, plantation blinds. The hotel provides 2 bottles of water every day. Visit was excellent.
