From the reviews I had high expectations. However besides the lobby and entry way, the rooms seem dated and all flash but no substance. There were was kitchenette- no utensils, cups or wine glasses. also there were stains on the curtains and the bathroom was fancy with small bottles of shampoo/soap. It looks like they spent all the money on the marble floors but skimped on the amenities. I have gotten more at a Holiday Inn. It was the cheaper option but I most likely won't stay there again. I ended up spending a lot on Uber to get to the strip- so not really worth it overall; sorry to say!

I am a repeat visitor. The air and room are very clean, and the place is safe and quiet. The Fashion Show Mall is just across the street, with many dining options. Taking a shared ride is very easy. Other public transportation requires effort (I did not try, though; it's hard to comment).

Very nicely appointed. However, dated even for a 79 year old man. Some transportation available based on how busy the bell staff are. Two vehicles available. The bell staff are outstanding. We were disappointed when we found the kitchen was without utensils, there were no robes, no slippers, no clothes brush, all probably available by request. Why? A way to boost the maid gratuities? Overall we enjoyed the peace and quiet of a smoke free, casino free environment.

Beautiful property and easy location. Our only complaint is that parking is valet only. It took us 30-45 minutes to get our car some days.

The hotel is clean the staff are wonderful and the location is fantastic! The gym and pool are kept exceptionally clean. The breakfast is nice and the coffee is addicting! Love staying here and will stay again.

The room we got had poor air conditioning and the jets on the jacuzzi tub were not working, but when i brought this to the attention of the front desk staff they were able to move us to another room with both working on day 3 of our 6 day stay. Otherwise would have been a 5 star review. The valet parking was pretty quick and efficient given the number of vehicles there were, all the staff was friendly and professional. The property was beautiful. The room was wonderful. The view was amazing and the food was excellent.

Great hotel. Great location. Staff very professional. Only complaint is the bed is way too soft. Larger people will feel like you are being folded up if you try sleeping on your back.
