Nice upgraded appliances and big restroom. The hotel does not have a casino which is nice if you are looking for something more romantic and intimate.

Nice Hotel, bad service

Posted Jul 23, 2014
Pros: spacious room
Cons: service
Location: A little distance off of the strip but not a big issue
Did not receive daily newspaper as included in resort fee... when inquired at front desk, I was told to go online to get the paper. When I went to the business center to use the computer, I was told there would be a fee...what was the internet access included in the resort fee? None of the toiletry was replenished the whole time we were there...I used the same bar of soap for four days...on the last day my wife had to use the hand soap for her bath. Our drinking glasses were never changed. I liked the room but the service sucked!

Luxurious Hotel

Posted Jul 23, 2014
Pros: We enjoyed the multiple bathrooms, kitchenette, room service & set up, selection of channels on the tvs, jetted bathtub, and swimming pool.
Cons: Improvement could be the carpetting in suites, the couches, and sound proof interior walls for the loud train.
Location: Attractions near by are the many high end fashion retailers, casinos, bars, strip clubs, Walgreens, McDonald's, restaurants, Fashion Show Mall, etc.

Top Trumps

We got this in the secret hotels and stayed for two nights. Now I wish it was our stay, as the other hotels won't be able to match up. The staff are friendly even at 3am and when we had a problem (the sofa bed wasn't made up) they fixed it in minutes. The pool is great too.

Overall Pleasing

Posted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: View. Shuttle
Cons: Furniture, Smell.
The room was spacious, with nice city view (not the strip but the other side). It has shuttles to Wynn and Cesears. Overall pleasing. However there are a few points that I'd like to point out. 1, The hotel has no casino itself. 2.The bathroom has a little smell. I tried to convince myself that it was the air refreshner not urine...but it goes away in some time. 3.The edge of the bed was worn. The paint was off and I can see the woods. Bedding wasn't as good as some other hotels that I stayed in vegas. I don't think I'll come back to trump hotel in vegas again.

Good Vegas Hotel. Clean, comfortable, high end. Concierge were not very knowledgeable though; they could not recommend a restaurant on Fremont street nor could give directions without Google maps.

The best hotel I stayed at!

Posted Jul 20, 2014
We checked in late around 11pm. The lady that checked us in was super courteous and friendly. We are upgraded to a corner room where we have a gorgeous view of the strip. We had such a wonderful experience staying at Trump and would come back next time in Vegas. The only little drawback is the shuttle at night is tough to get on because if the large number of people waiting. Overall I would recommend it to anyone.

When we returned the second time from our side trip they comped us with a room with a view of the Strip! It was great! Mr. Trump does it right especially with customer service!

Absolute quality hotel

Posted Jul 16, 2014
Pros: The staff were all very helpful and attentive without being overbearing. The room was wonderful and also had a great view of the city .
Cons: The only fault was the very loud noise from the train blowing its horn even though the windows are triple glazed and we were on the 42nd floor.
Location: It was really good to be in a non smoking non gambling hotel which was so close to the rest of the Strip especially when you used the courtesy bus.
This hotel has the wow factor from the moment that you first enter the lobby. The reception staff are very efficient and helpful and I was able to negotiate an upgrade to a one bedroom suite for an extra $50 per night This was an outstanding room and more than worth the money.
