Beautiful and relaxing!

Posted Mar 26, 2015
Pros: Clean, quiet.
Cons: Maybe more food choices
Location: Near the city center for food, and upscale shopping. Close to the Aria, Bellagio, and Monte Carlo for gambling.
So close to the Strip, but still away from foot traffic. We hung out at the Aria for gambling most of the time, but were able to get to the Bellagio, Caesars, and Monte Carlo easily (it was still a little bit of a walk, but we weren't bumping into people like on the street). Loved, loved, loved the hotel and would absolutely hands down, stay there again!

Great Room

Posted Mar 25, 2015
Pros: The room was great
Cons: The cabinets are bare, you must request any kitchen items that you want
Great hotel, easy access to the main drag but far enough away to not be overwhelming. Easy access to the Bellagio and the Aria. Tram to the Monte Carlo and crystals mall. The shortest walk straight to the strip can be a little harrowing. there is no sidewalk and you are required to access the strip by entering the Cosmopolitan. There is a 24hr Walgreens a short walk across from the Cosmopolitan to get any basic needs (alcohol sold there)

Another enjoyable stay at Vdara.

Posted Mar 25, 2015
Pros: Everything from having no casino, to my hotel room, to the great Cafe in the lobby. They even improved in the fitness area over my last visit.
Location: 5 minutes from the strip and centrally located. Aria is next door so lots of dining options. Also close to Bellagio hotel which is one of my favorites
This was my second year in a row staying at Vdara and once again it met all my expectations. I love how quiet it was, how comfortable my bed was ( need to get one for home) and how clean and spacious my room was. In room dining was great and grabbing food to go at the Cafe was so handy.

Bed Bugs?

Posted Mar 24, 2015
Great stay, excellent staff, really enjoyed our stay. However, after checking out and standing in front of the hotel waiting for a cab, we found several bed bugs on us and in one of our bags. Hotel has been notifed and is investigating with urgency. Not expected at a 5 star hotel and put a damper on our vacation!

Excellent service from the minute we arrived.

Posted Mar 24, 2015
Pros: Excellent service and superb rooms
Cons: more restaurant facilities
Location: Perfect for Vegas strip, walk through to Bellagio and Aria where there are restaurants and gambling.
The hotel is superb,it benefits from being quite new.The service throughout our stay was excellent from every part of the hotel. In particular the conscierge in booking trips and restaurants. The hotels location is very good just off the strip but a walk through to the Bellagio hotel next door or the impressive Aria. There is no gambling here so no smoky area to walk through.

Convenient. Small enough to feel more personal.

Posted Mar 24, 2015
Pros: Location and size.
Cons: Housekeeping was inconsistent (we actually had to complain) but when it's done it's fine. A bigger gym would be nice.
Location: Next to the Bellagio and across from the Aria and the Crystal Mall. For us, the best location on the strip.
We switched to the Vdara after years at the Bellagio. It's so close (covered walkway) that it could be a tower of said. Bigger rooms with kitchens (ask for kitchenware), excellent front desk and security staff. Pool is not huge but big enough, deck and chairs were fine. Pool deck service is odd; there does not seem to be any organization. The servers come and go with no apparent zones. Sometimes you get them, sometimes you don't. We often had to chase them to get their attention. However, the food orders were lightning fast in their delivery so one offset the other.

great hotel!

Posted Mar 23, 2015
Pros: everything- looks. room setup, valet, all of it.
Cons: the of the room- too small.
Location: it is in the center of the las Vegas strip. great location.
this is a great hotel. This was my first time and I loved it. I got the one bed suite- although it was great- i have stayed at other hotels with a one bedroom suite that was much larger than the one at the vdara. Other than that , it was a easy pleasant stay. valet is quick. luggage was take to our room very quick too. The hotel has no casino and is smoke free so that made that much better. would definitely stay here again an recommend it to others.
