Good, but not for everyone.Posted Sep 21, 2014
Pros: Modern styling
Cons: Need some darkening curtains. Provide self parking option.
Contemporary Style hotel, hard to access if you are driving and does not allow self parking. Room is clean and well designed except that it does not have curtains that would darken the room in the morning.

Vegas get away - 2014Posted Sep 21, 2014
Pros: The Vdara was a short taxi ride from the airport with no waiting time to register. The staff were very friendly and made you feel welcomed.
Cons: Not much!
Location: Being part of the MGM brotherhood the points gained by the loyalty card gave us a number freebies which is always good.
This was our yearly escape to Las Vegas. We normally stay off the "Strip" to allow for the quit times. Staying at the Vdara Hotel & Spa was a good choice for this vacation. It took ten minutes to walk down and you were in the center of the Strip or you could catch the tram. We took in a couple of shows (Kinky Boots & Rock of Ages, both were excellent) and ate, away too much good food. We also visited Freemont and celebrated Mexico's Independence Day celebrations, there was a lot of acts to see. Overall another great week spent in Vegas.

Pros: Beds, staff, style
Location: Aria, Crystal Shops, Cosmopolitan.
We travel to Vegas at least once a year for business. We wanted to stay at the Aria, but often get weary of the constant barrage of smoke and gaming noise every time you come and go from your room. The Vdara, however, is only several hundred feet away from all the action without being on top of it. The rooms were very spacious, stylish, and comfortable. The beds, especially, were dreamy, as was the spa tub. We asked for early check in when we arrived and were accommodated immediately. We also didn't get charged! Bonus. The Vdara is for sure our regular place in Vegas now.

Well located hotel, lovely rooms, great facilitiesPosted Sep 19, 2014
City view corner suite was very spacious, well equipped and had fab views. 2 flat screens, iPod connectivity, coffee maker etc. Staff, cleaners & concierge. Very quiet at night. Room service was great. Non casino hotel but 2 very close by at Aria or Cosmo. Lovely pool area Takes 10 mins to walk to the strip but this is true of most big hotels.

Nice hotel and pool areaPosted Sep 19, 2014
Enjoyable stay. Close to the centre of the strip but also set a little further back so as to be away from the passing crowds

Pros: Central location to all the life of Las Vegas.
Cons: Could not fault the hotel.
Location: Central location, plenty of taxis waiting outside if you needed one.
Used the hotel bar and restraint a few times and was never disappointed.

Quiet, smoke and casino free HotelPosted Sep 16, 2014
Cons: Cant fault a thing
Location: Bellagio and Aria are nearby for shows and the casinos
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a hotel that is quiet and immaculate and clean and has easy access to larger hotels nearby.
