This is a great place to stay at if you are like me and want somewhere more quiet and peaceful to stay at after a fun night out! Our room was super nice and clean! Since there is no casino directly attached to the hotel, there is no smoke smell which is also plus for me. We mentioned that we were celebrating a 21st birthday, so the front desk attendant upgraded us to a higher floor with a full view of the Bellagio fountains and the sphere!! This was very much appreciated, especially cause it was my groups first time in Las Vegas!

If you are looking for a hotel without a casino, but still in a way connected to some of the busier areas, Vdara is a good choice. Check in was smooth and front desk staff was very kind. The security though, by the elevator was such a bad experience. The women and a guy, would see me going back and forth, caring heavy items, while showing them my room key just 2 minutes before, and still harassed me to drop all the items and show them my card again, instead of letting me drop the items by the elevator first and then show the card, again if needed. When I asked if they can just wait a second, for me to drop the items first, lady just yelled, show the room card and keep moving. Zero customer service on their end. Also, at the market cafe, some of the guest would come with coupons and spend 15 minutes just chatting with the cashier on the items they can use for that specific coupon. One cashier and holding a line of people for 15-20 minutes, instead of having a second staff member to deal with all these questions. Room cleanness was not that great either. I was expecting at least that I will come into a fresh room, however carpet had many stains, the view is nice, however windows are pretty dirty, and dust was visible on the furniture surface. Another, very disappointing experience, the pool was closed, even though the when I booked and checked in, I was told that the pool will be open 10am-5pm daily. That was not accurate. So I did not get to use the pool during my stay.

I have stayed at VDARA many times and I am still pretty happy with the service and facilities. It’s a beautiful hotel, my only suggestion for them would be improve or keep up with the cleanliness, it’s getting lazy.

If you don’t care for the general tackiness and noise of the usual Vegas hotels, then stay here. It’s more tasteful, quiet, and no casino in the lobby.

This was our second time staying at Vdara. Greatly enjoyed it both times. It's nice having a hotel to escape from all the smoke and noise of the casinos for a bit. We also had a spa package and it was wonderful.

I liked the staff being so friendly! The safety was good too with the Elevator guards. We loved how quiet it was and easy it was to get around from the hotel For a high end hotel, the room was a bit run down. The shade was broken and the flooring had stains. I think that the furniture should be more comfortable as opposed to "modern".

This property is on the strip but setback. Supper convenient to walk through indoor bridges to Bellagio and Cosmo. Yes there’s a Starbucks on the ground floor. I loved the little kitchen - would be nice if we could have a coffee maker. The views from the room with panoramic windows was amazing! Only complaint is that the beds were uncomfortable - I do not like a firm mattress.

We paid 500 $ for room stay and pool was not working, they don't have parking end up paying extra 40$ for Valet parking, for most facility they ask us to use hotel nextdoor. Money waste for us

The room was very clean. The check in /check out process could be improved. I was asked to wait for 15 mins to check into room as it was ready although I prechecked myself using mgm rewards app. Outside of check in/check out process, the property, staff and service was excellent.

I would have gave it a 5 star, except the check out process . Qr code in the keycard was nonsense. It will only say "reservation not found" . The only option is to go to the front desk to check out. Which is kinda hassle if you're in a hurry cause you have to go in line. But i have nothing to say about our experience in Vdara. The room was clean, spacious, quiet which we're very satisfied with. Will be one of our top go to for sure in LV.

Property dated. Stain on carpet by bed. Based board scuffed. Heater not working . Yes actually needed a heater as it was cold. Maintenance called . Told that had to run for one hour as heater was small, even though it was blowing cold air. Of course it did not work. Had to call maintenance again. They changed a part and it finally worked.

I love this Hotel. The staff is friendly, it is well secured and safe, there is no smoky odor, the bar in the lobby is fast and friendly, easy checkout and walkable to so many places on the strip.
