It was okay

Posted Jul 27, 2014
It was a nice place to stay, except at the end of the stay we we're charged for a refreshment from the mini bar when we did not use any of it. They took the charge off when we explained the situation. I enjoyed that it's a little off the strip and no casino because it makes it a little get away from the chaos.

Still a great place in a great location

Posted Jul 26, 2014
Pros: The rooms in general, the space of the room, The kitchen, the location
Cons: Not much maybe a better working remote control and more towels available
Location: It's literally in the middle of the strip. Everything on the strip is a logical walk away if you know what you're doing and where you're going.
It's a wonderful place in a very well centered location on the strip. My first stay was spectacular and all 5's. This time wasn't perfect but I'm only nitpicking here. There were a few times housekeeping didn't leave enough towels for me but the issue was addressed and immediately taken care of. The remote to the tv was terrible was terrible but I never complained about it because I was able to do what I needed to do. The hotel staff was spectacular and did everything they could to give me the best stay possible. My nitpicking here shouldn't be a deterrent. These were the only 2 problems I could come up with in 5 day stay. The rooms were first rate and were cheaper than other comparable places on the strip such as the Bellagio, Caesar's, Aria, etc. If you're looking for the best room at the best price in the best location this is the place to stay.

Beautiful hotel!

Posted Jul 24, 2014
Pros: Every room is suite which is modern and tastefully decorated.
Cons: Refrigerator wouldn't work, small potatoes in the grand scheme of things...
Location: Unfortunately the hotel is off the strip and from the 28th floor of our hotel to the main strip via the Bellagio, it was a 20 minute journey everytime
Beautiful hotel, relaxing pool which plays top 40 music throughout the day. friendly staff to point you in all the right directions. Hotel does not have a Casino.

Fantastic stay!

Posted Jul 23, 2014
Pros: Everything! The staff was very friendly, and greeted and congratulated us from our room down to valet.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: It is in City Center so there are many things to do, plus it is right on the strip and close to all the other hotel/casinos.
When my now husband went to check us into the hotel, the lady gave him some choices of where we wanted our room. She asked if we were there for a special reason and he told her it was our wedding night. So she typed a bunch of stuff into the computer, gave us a room on the top floor and said that we were overlooking the Bellagio water fountain and strip instead of another building. That night when we finally got to our room, there was a bottle of champagne and two glasses waiting for us! The room was great and it would have been spectacular to see the fountains go off, but we got back to the room so late. None the less, the room was awesome, the bed was very comfortable, the view was amazing, and the staff made our wedding night even more special!

Beautiful hotel at a great price.

Posted Jul 23, 2014
Pros: Location is great, in the City Center and at the back, away from the Strip. You don't hear a lot of streets noise.
Cons: The room needs a different type of air freshener, it smells like meat/steak, especially in the kitchen area. Need a more pressure shower head.
Location: Located at the back of Aria, the hotel offers free shuttle to Aria and Crystals at City Center, the mall is beautiful and has lots of high-end shops.
Stayed for two nights for a concert and a show. Our first stay at this hotel and loved it. We arrived around 3 PM, there were about 10 guests waiting in line and didn't take long, the hotel staff are efficient and polite, they made you feel very welcome and offered a higher floor for the room. We got a very nice room with a beautiful view of Vegas. Valet parking service was also excellent, didn't have to wait long for our car.

Hotel Close to everything

Posted Jul 22, 2014
Pros: very modern and great decor, conveniently located
Cons: Room service was not the best, and prices for drinks at the pool could be better it would encourage guest to stay longer and spend more.
Location: very well located close to everything.
Hotel was very elegant with very good service. The parking is a little confusing but overall was simple and convenient. The pool was great but the price for services was just a bit high compared to other hotels.
