Loved it!Posted Apr 15, 2015
Really nice place! I can hardly complain. The only thing I was missing were some slippers in the room. Would expect a 5-Star hotel to provide these! However, amazing breakfast, food, pools & nights clubs! Yet, a quiet place were you can relax!

A pot of hot tea was spilled on my daughters leg by the waiter. There was not much apology given. Very disappointing

high class hotelPosted Apr 13, 2015
Very classy hotel, breakfast lineups too long and too time consuming (1hr in line). WiFi not good . Casino too stingy in this hotel

Hidden FeesPosted Apr 13, 2015
There's a mandatory daily $30 fee for using internet. When checking in, we asked for a rollaway bed for my kid, and the guy at the front desk wanted to charge me an extra $250 per night. This guy was a jerk!

Fancy hotel conveniently located on the Strip.Posted Apr 13, 2015
Easy walk to nearby hotels/casinos. Fashion Mall is across the street with a variety of stores and restaurants. The hotel has many options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We ate at The Buffet a couple times (breakfast and lunch) and both times the wait time was over 30 minutes. The selection of food offered is decent but not outstanding. The room we had reserved was not available upon checking (we were told at the Front Desk that "It was not garanteed.") The next day however we were offered the option of moving to a different room on a higher floor. We had settled in our room (beautiful view of the Strip) and chose to stay put. The room was comfortable but was lacking a coffe maker, one amenity that all hotels we stayed at offered! On our second day, despite having left the sign "Service Room," we came back in the evening to find the room untouched. The Front Desk offered to send someone to clean but since it was close to bedtime, we declined. We stayed five nights at the Wynn and did enjoy our stay in Las Vegas. But as it was our wedding anniversary and having informed the hotel of the occasion, we could not help feeling a little disappointed that this special occasion was at no time acknowledged by the hotel staff. Overall, despite the negative incidents, we would stay at the Wynn on future travels.
