Nice but could be better for the price

Pros: room decor, the restaurants, the beautiful grounds
Cons: let the guests take a look at the first tee. vacuuming of the rooms and checking under the furniture for dirt and other items.
Location: it's vegas, everything is nearby
this is wonderful hotel, don't get me wrong, however, for the price, I don't expect to find water bottle caps underneath the night stand and I feel the please should be spotless, the vacuuming could have been a lot better. that said, the room decor is beautifully understated and the furniture was spotless. Great location, very, very expensive.

Nice Hotel! Wonderful amenities! You can tell that the staff at the Wynn go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Definitely a step above all others in the strip.

Pros: Quality of facilities, cleaniness. Casino staff very helpfulkfor first timers
Location: Located on the strip. Golf and Swimming at Hotel and numerous activities outside. Trip to Old Las Vegas 10 mins in taxi very worthwhile
Top quality hotel with extremely helpful staff. Facilities are excellent, but food and drink are expensive

The hotel was spectacular. Amazing decor and cleanliness. On the pricey side but a great place to stay. The spa was phenomenal!!!!!

Pros: Location on the strip. Elegance and although expensive not over priced.
Cons: Our maid came in the afternoon when we wanted a siesta.
Location: It's just infront of the Fashion show mall, with lots of lovely shops and restaurants.
We are a couple in our late 40's and enjoy living the life of luxury (even if it's only for a week). This is the idea place to stay for us. Classy, and not rowdy. Everything spotless and service excellent. Can't wait to go back.

Beautiful Resort and Casino

The Wynn is an excellent place to stay. Very well appointed and comfortable. The casino is open and bright. The restaurants are nice. Sinatra's at the neighboring Encore was excellent! You could just picture the "Rat Pack" eating and drinking in that restaurant. Definitely recommend the Wynn.

Very disappointed with hotel customer service

I had received a gift trip to Vegas from my bosses for 20 years of working with them and decided to stay at the Wynn. The actual hotel is very nice but I am not impressed with their customer service. On the third night of my stay, I had a late night snack of chicken wings at the Zoozacrackers and ended up getting food poisoning. I seen a doctor at the Walgreens and when all was said and done it had cost me about $180 and I was extremely ill for the rest of my stay (2 nights). Even when I was home I was having stomach problems. Upon notifying the hotel, they sent an email saying sorry and that was it, which really surprised me. For a five star hotel to not care about what happened to their guest is kind of sad. You would think they would offer some sort of compensation for what happened.
