Sehr exklusives Hotel

Posted May 3, 2015

Wynn Encore

Posted May 2, 2015
Pros: We really liked the LA CAVE bar because we could see the Vegas Wheel and just relax and have a cocktail ! We adored the Sinatra bar and restaurant.
Cons: NO !
The view was outstanding in the Encore. The music in the hotel was inviting. The art was eye candy and totally wonderful ! The beds were comfortable and the automatic curtains were an unexpected joy to use ! The pool was very relaxing and the pool staff were attentive and very friendly! I would love to stay here again !

The room was amazing! Great place to stay. Was in town on business and was a nice hotel to return to after a day of meetings.

WOULDN'T STAY ANYWHERE ELSE IN VEGAS!

Posted Apr 28, 2015
First time visitor to Las Vegas and the Wynn. Mr Wynn has designed the resort as a destination so you really have no excuse to leave. And the resort is worth every minute of every day. The room itself blew me away. I was upgraded to a higher floor and could have quite happily stayed in my room the entire stay. Gorgeous, delightful attention to detail and easily accommodates every need. The facilities - restaurants, pools, registration are excellent. I'm no gambler or drinker but you can hardly miss the casino. Don't know what people mean when they say 'ew, Vegas, so gaudy and cheap'. They've obviously not been to the Wynn.

Nice hotel

Posted Apr 28, 2015
Pros: The food. Restaurants were wonderful and extremely organized. Servers were great very friendly and prompt.
Cons: The room. We did not spend much time in room but could have been better.
Location: It was a good position on the strip, very easy to get to other casinos.
Nice hotel, food wonderful, beautiful place. A little disappointed in the room. It was just like any ordinary room. I was expecting more. I have been to Vegas about 5 times, it was better than some, worse than others.

no complains at all. This complex only miss a movie theater to be a cruise in land!!. It has all you can need. Bartolotta was great. Attention at the casino good too. The brunch at the Country Club just superb...and we could not taste all restaurants and bar (stayed 4 nights)

Excellent except the Pool is Terrible

Posted Apr 28, 2015
Pros: Clean, excellent service, great location
Cons: Pool seating and rules
Location: right in the middle of everything!
The hotel is very nice, and more importantly, you can tell they do an excellent job of driving customer service and consistency across the hotel. Our only compliant was the pool - it is way over crowded and we got "kicked out of our chairs, lost our spot" because we went inside the restaurant to grab a quick bite to eat. The life guards scooped up our stuff off our chairs and let someone else take them..... they say there is a "one hour time limit" - we were gone perhaps 55 minutes... but what if we had been lounging in the pool for an hour? This is a ludicrous rule. This was exacerbated by one of Steve Wynn's "friend's daughter" having a wedding, so they closed off half the pool for almost 3 days. The never told us this when we booked and should have given us a refund or other compensation. There were a lot of angry guests because of the lack of pool seating.

Cancellation policy worst in the country

Posted Apr 26, 2015
I had a work emergency and I was not able to join my group staying at the Wynn for a convention. I called a day prior and I understand maybe paying for one night but the hotel charged me for ALL 4 days I had booked..... ME AND ANYONE FROM MY COMPANY WILL NEVER EVER BOOK A STAY AT THIS HOTEL. And we go there for conventions for Aramark twice a year.

Lovely pretty interior hotel ideal for a wedding

Posted Apr 26, 2015
Pros: Lovely and colourful with a wonderful breakfast buffet.
Cons: Free wi fi This should most definitely be included.
Location: Although at the end of the main strip. There is an excellent shopping mail within walking distance,
We stayed as guests for a wedding and returned for the reception which was very informal and unplanned but with plenty of places to dine this became an easy choice.
