The hotel was staffed by friendly folks eager to help out. The view over the Libyan Sea was marvelous, and i loved the sounds of surf to lull me to sleep. Breakfast buffet was superb; everything was within easy walking distance; and the town itself picturesque and friendly.

Fabulous Find.
This hotel was lovely, we had a sea facing room and the view was perfect. The staff at check in were efficiant and helpful and the hotel was easy to find and parking outside was simple to. Breakfast was lovely and so much choice. We would stay there again without a doubt. Thank you

Kostas Ierapetra visit
Very good hotel with friendly staff and great breakfast. It's was a value for money and the location is amazing. I recommend to everyone and I'll stay there again when I get back to Ierapetra.

Good beachfront hotel.
A good beach hotel, very welcoming, friendly efficient staff and service. The only complaint would be the awful 1-way street system in Ierapetra. It took us an hour riding around the maze of streets to arrive at the hotel. Even the locals admitted it was difficult to access the promenade area by car. Shame because the room was very comfortable, the food was good and the sea view was excellent.

Nice hotel close to beach
The breakfasts are particularly good with a wide selection Cretian food. Good hotel close to beach about 50 yards and bus station about 200 yards. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel very close to the beach
We stayed for 2 pleasant nights at this hotel, close to the beach and the boat for Chrissi Island. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The breakfast is ok, many choices with, on overall good quality. Only the juices and the coffee weren't excellent.

This is not a hotel but a dump/Co-op!
I have never seen anything like this for a very long time. This hotel should not be operational unless they re-construct the entire place. Staff very unfriendly. We checked out prior to our departure thought the entire stay was fully prepaid but we couldn't take anymore. We brought all of our concerns to the owner John and he seemed that he understood and mentioned he would make a lot of changes. Hopefully he will. Wishing them luck. No value for the money paid.

Neat, clean, well run hotel. Excellent continental buffet, great variety...if you don't desire the stock house coffee, the house matron, Maria, will gladly make you an excellent cup of Greek coffee. Very centrally located. The friendly staff has adequate English speaking skills to help you with your travel needs (renting a car, finding a cafe or with directions, etc). Priced reasonably.

Great hotel, great location!
We stayed in Sea View room and it was well worth the extra $10. The location is great - right in the heart of town and by the sea. We only stayed for 3 nights, but wish we had stayed for 3 more! The staff was very friendly and accomodating and the hotel itself was clean and modern. And one of the best things - the breakfast buffet!!!

Acceuil expéditif. Chambre propre mais lit double qui s'avère être deux lits simples avec un espace de plusieurs centimètres entre les deux matelas. Bon petit déjeuner et hôtel bien situé pour se rendre a la mer ou au port à pied.

Comodo al mare e al passeggio. Nuovo, ben tenuto e pulito. Meglio la parte che guarda il mare, quella più interna dà su una via trafficata e su un locale aperto fino all'una. Camera di giuste dimensioni con bagno ampio. Letto per noi piccolo. Colazione greca varia e abbondante sia dolce che salata anche con prodotti del territorio. Ci hanno organizzato il noleggio dell'auto con pick-up all'aeroporto di Heraklion e Drop-off sempre nello stesso luogo. E' presente addetta che parla molto bene italiano. Consigliato.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Wasser und ist hell und freundlich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank an Jannis und Maria. Die Souvenir Shops sind entlang der Uferpromenade zu finden und dort findet man auch Bistros wo man sehr gut essen kann. Empfehlenswert ist auch ein Mietwagen um die wunderschöne Gegend zu erkunden. Vom Flughafen bis Ierapetra sind es ca. 1,5 Std mit dem Auto.

Gute Lage in die Stadt und zum Strand
Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick und zwei Betten gebucht über Expedia. Leider haben wir ein Doppelbett erhalten. Als wir dieses ansprachen, War der Ton nicht gerade freundlich (gereizt) und man beharrte auf seine Bestätigung, aus der dieses wohl nicht hervorgeht. Wir hatten ebenfalls eine Bestätigung, aus der zwei Einzelebten hervorgingen. Nach hin und her haben wir ein anderes Zimmer auf unsere Bitte hin mit seitlichem Meerblick bekommen. Eine Differenzerstattung bzw. eine Kulanzregelung -Getränk an der Bar- gab es leider nicht. Das Hotel war mit der Masse der Menschen beim Frühstück quasi überfordert. Es fehlte eine Handtuchgarnitur, die nachgereicht wurde. Für 4 Sterne leider zu schwach. Schade, zumal wir schon einmal dort übernachtet haben mit freundlichem Personal und gutem Service.
