Sensational!!!Posted May 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
We loved it!! Gaetta is an amazing place and this hotel is perfectly located in the centre of town, it is a beautiful town with great restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The water is 3minutes from your door step and the locals are friendly and welcoming. Our only problem was that we only stayed for one night, we could have easily spent a week here, cannot reccomend ll Quartuccio highly enough, you will love it!! SUPERB!!!

Very nice Hotel.Posted Nov 22, 2013
Pros: The manager was very welcoming and went out of his way to help us. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Very low key and relaxed atmosphere.
Location: Convenient for walking around town, restaurants, transportation, beach, Mount Orlando, The Split Mountain & Turks Cave.
We stayed at Il Quartuccio for six days in early October, 2013. The hotel was very central in Gaeta and we could easily walk to restaurants, sights etc., Mount Orlando requires transportation, the beach is also within walking distance. A very friendly atmosphere in town. The weather was around 23C with just one morning of rain. Gaeta in October is not busy like Roma and other very touristy parts of Italy.

Great hotel, especially for couplesPosted Jul 8, 2013
Pros: We loved having our breakfast on the rooftop terrace.
Cons: No pool but there is a beautfiul beach less than 15 mins walk away.
Location: The hotel is located in a very old street in the centre of Gaeta with plenty of shops to browse in on the way to the beach.
Il Quartuccio was a charming little bed & breakfast in the centre of Gaeta Town. The owner, Luigi was extremely helpful throughout our 7 day stay and spoke very good English. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to mingle with the Italians and eat excellent food in this quaint fishing town.

Great Location, close to the seaPosted May 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful room with an ocean view. Clean, modern despite being in an old medevel section of town. We enjoyed the helpful proprietor Luigi and all of his help. We'd highly recommend this for a stay in Gaeta.

Perectly located in the lovely back streets of Gaeta. Room was simple and clean,we paid for a sea view and the view was lovely. The hotel owner and all staff were helpful and informative and easy to chat with. A couple of issues include the fact that because of the building design around a marble staircase you can certainly hear the other guests coming and going and it is noisy. The simplicity of the rooms meant that there was just one pillow each which seemed a little stingey and just a sheet on the bed no duvet. In the cupboard was an unappealing woolly blanket which we didnt want to use so we were reallly quite cold each night. I do think in this age of cheap duvets this should have been on the bed as an option. Lastly breakfast was also a basic affair. It starts at 8am which is late if you have appointments. We love and need our coffee but the host made each individual cup herself which was so slow and we felt uncomfortable keep asking for coffee. Offering a pot of coffee as an additional option would be great for those of us in a rush or who want a couple of mugs. Cereal was available but no milk so each morning we had to find the host and ask for milk or take our bowls into the kitchen and hunt some down. The milk could have been either brought out to your table as soon as you arrived or a bottle placed in an ice bucket near the cereal. Breakfast seemed a little awkward really. Car parking is not easy.
