I'm done with Comfort Inns. They are perfect for families or traveling groups of teens/kids, especially those who don't believe their precious disrespectful child needs to be corrected - but not for couples who actually would like to sleep at night. Thin walls. Frequent running up and down halls, or in rooms overhead and despite calls, the hotel staff did not intervene with noise that persisted till 12:30. Was harassed in the pool and had to leave due to uncontrolled teens; again, when reported, front staff did not intervene.

I should have given excellent in all questions but the problem is on my 2nd day while i was taking a nap i woke up and I can't breathe because it smelled like nail polish. They said they're painting bathrooms. They should have done that when they dont have that much bookings.

There were multiple food options nearby and a movie theater. The pool seemed nice, we just didn't have time for it. The breakfast was also really good. The staff seemed really nice and helpful.

Especially quiet for a mid price hotel. We also really liked the breakfast, good hot food options. Very clean though it is showing its age a bit.

Nice stay.
Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was nice. The bathroom door didn't completely latch but not a huge deal. Housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning our room. Breakfast had a great variety and was the best we've seen in quite a while.

A little musty and our room had 🐜 ant. We mentioned to the attendant that they needed to exterminate. They did offer to send maintenance to exterminate but we didn’t want a smell in the room or have to repack to move. All in all it was ok and had a fridge, microwave and continental breakfast.

Weather was hot and humid. While the AC cooled our room adequately , it did not elminate the humidity. Our clothes were damp. We laundered and dried some clothing and hung them in the closet, but it was a wasted effort as they were damp again. Packing the damp clothes required relaundering and drying at our next dstination. This took time away from our busy itinerary . We will continue to choose Comfort Inns as this was our first unpleasant experience., but I would appreciate some form of compensation.

Great hotel and stay.
Check in was easy and quick. Associate at the desk was friendly provided great customer service, instructions for check in and suggested best place to park for proximity to our room. The room rates amd cleanliness of this hotel were the best i have found recently.

Check in Clerk was awesome! Super friendly & very professional. Room was clean & had a mini fridge & microwave - nice to have! Swimming pool super big! Continental breakfast had a great variety of foods & beverages & the staff ensured food was available at all times.

Staff was wonderful but the room 325 was a bit nasty, floor tile loose and cracked in the bathroom and the wall by the shower had black mold and water damage. Sheets worn to the point of having balls or pills in the area you lay. It also smelled of smoke and mildew. When our room door was closed and locked you could see out to the hall through the gap that formed from the door handle to the floor area from the sagging door or room not sure about how that happens? Would have never stayed but was forced to by a tight schedule.

Clean, awesome breakfast, great furniture in the room, nice pool, very friendly and helpful staff! Will be using this hotel again and am recommending it to family and friends. Only 10 minutes away from the Creation Museum too!

Outlets in 217 were loose, and show signs of excessive wear. No USB charging ports. Fortunately we had our own. Room overall was very clean. Overall, we would definitely consider staying there again.
