Nice hotel.

Has all the amenities a traveller would need in the room. The business center needs attention. The FAX machine wasn't working, however the front desk was able to accommodate us with our FAX request.

Meh. Room was ok, but very dark. Sheets were flimsy and bed was not very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was lacking in the hot items by the time we were there.

Need to improve cleanliness

Only spent one night but very comfortable and quiet. Typical breakfast, nice staff, and clean room.

Uncomfortable bed and the chair at the desk completely broke in half when I leaned back in it.

It was ok. First when I arrived, no one was at the desk. After waiting 10 minutes, another customer, who was waiting also, called the hotel to inquire about the wait. Suddenly a woman came from the back and proceeded to help us. She had been back there the whole time. Next, my check-out time was 11:00 a.m. That morning, at least 4 different staff members knocked on my door, and that was a GREAT DISTURBANCE! All those times took place BEFORE 11:00 a.m.

Suited My Needs Perfectly!

Pros: I liked the surrounding landscape with lots of trees! I also liked the friendly and courteous staff.
Cons: My stay was great!
Location: Waffle House and a QT convenience store are directly across the street within easy walking distance. I didn't explore beyond that.
Friendly and efficient hotel staff. Large clean room had two large beds, a couch with hide-a-way bed. Free breakfast was included. Hotel located close enough to freeway to be convenient but not so close that I heard freeway noise. My room faced Riverside Dr so there was some early morning traffic noise on Monday morning but it at night it was nice and quiet so noise was never an issue when it came time to sleep. A Waffle House and a QT convenience store/gas station located across the street were a bonus.

The room was fabulous! Very convienent electrically outlets for charging cell phones, loved the reading light feature, and liked the sofa in the slight alcove.
