The carpets looked very old and dirty, there was hair on the bathroom floor. We were only able to get one tv channel, and even after bringing it to the new managements attention he said someone would be up to fix it in the morning who never came throughout our three day stay. They offer no breakfast not even coffee, and the pool facilities weren't available. The busy blankets were very displeasing to the eye as well as the bright green paint color on the wall. The beds were questionable for bed bugs. As a percaution, I didn't even bring my lugage in the house when returning home.

Staff in need of hospitality

The hotel itself was not that bad. The staff in the other hand was terrible. We paid in full in advance for services. Then we we arrive we had a situation which took about an hour and a half to fix. I figure everything was taken care of the next day (which money had already been paid for because it was taken from debt card) we were told that we did not pay the amount which bank statement indicated that we paid in full we had to pay an extra fee because they said we did not pay it. They were not willing to see the confirm payment email that was sent me by expedia.com said that it was wrong. I dont know if it was expedia's fault or the hotels but I wont be be doing business probably with both.

Hotel under renovation

Hotel is under renovation. First floor hallway is full of plaster and buckets. Side door which is used to access elevator for second floor rooms is not locked. Rooms on second floor have numbers taped on to the outside of the doors. Inside the room, found foot of water in refrigerator, drawer ripped out of desk, smoke alarm in need of battery as it just kept chirping and TV remote missing. When inquired about breakfast, was told room where would usually serve it is being demolished. At present, would not recommend anyone stay here while renovations are underway.

Terrible

Will never stay there again. They were given cash for my second night there but debited my credit card again of 58.70 which means I paid for the room twice. I am also getting the run around to get my money back. Terrible

Watch Out. You get what you pay for.

The front desk was friendly, but was hard to get ahold of them once in the room. Had to use MY phone to call the hotel. The sheets were ripped, but clean, towels were thin, no shampoo or conditioner. All outlets with no covers.Not safe. Very limited to TV stations. Good thing we were tired Well you get what you pay for.

Do not Stay Here

This property is should lose its affiliation with Magnuson because I can describe this place in one word, NASTY!! Smelly, dirty and stained carpet I would not stay here again and would tell anybody else pay a little more to stay elsewhere and you will be glad you did.

No apparent attempt at service

Entry cards that had to be swiped multiple times each time was a pain, especially when entering through a side door with no awning or cover in the rain. Musty smelling room, light fixtures not working and missing lampshades, desk clerk devoid of personality...will try someplace else next time I stay in Lawrenceville.

Acceptable option for a budget

Pros: Location, price.
Cons: Bigger soap!
This hotel was fine-clean enough, bed was comfortable, room was large. Temperature control was iffy and the soap was literally the smallest bar I had ever seen. But, for the price, it was fine.
