“Good place to stay”

I went there with my family. Staff was awesome, room was great for the price. They have good amenities, however, I didn't have the time to use any of them. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. They can improve on the complimentary wifi. Overall, it was a great stay, kids loved it too.

“Great location for a conference”

I was here for a conference and enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Wait staff for our conference was very attentive and efficient. It is just a few minutes from the Kemah Boardwalk. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of foods each morning.

“pleasant stay”

We stayed at SSHR to visit Galveston and Kemah Boardwalk. We had a very relaxing stay. Even with the travel time to the beach, we enjoyed our stay because it was peaceful. We stayed our first night out at a hotel on the beach, it was a nice place, but the breakfast in the morning was chaos being in the peak of the summer. By staying a little farther from the beach, our vacation was so much more relaxing. SSHR offered a wonderful breakfast buffet, good service, ice cold room, and was clean and comfortable.

the local league city area has alot of exciting things to do>...ten minutes to kemah broadwalk fun for the entire family. then downtown league city...or fishing in the bay area!

“Houston's hidden hotel”

While the South Shore Harbour Resort & Conference Center does not have a famous hotel brand attached to it, the service and location make it a great find for anyone planning a visit to NASA, the boardwalk in Kemah, or Galveston. Our balcony had a scenic view of the local marina, and though it doesn't have the newest furnishings, the front desk staff helped us find great places to eat. We originally planned to stay in Galveston, but the price and quality at this resort made it well worth the extra drive.

“Excellent Hotel”

Front Desk, housekeeping and amenity service at South Shore Harbour Resort were all very excellent. The look of the hotel was impressive, even to my 15 1/2 year old daughter, and you know how difficult they are to impress! Excellent hotel, fantastic pool. We enjoyed our stay, and would stay again should the need arise.

“Great hotel”

Hotel was great but have to point out that housekeeping was the best we have ever experianced... We have kids and they folded our kids personal blankets and picked up their toys when they didn't have to. It showed they went above and beyond their normal duties of housekeeping.. We will definetly go back and our looking to plan another trip to this hotel..

“Can't Wait to go Back”

Very impressed with location. Very close to Kemah which is a great place to visit. Far enough out of Houston to get away from "the city". Very peaceful. Check out the pool and enjoy the view into the bay and at all the boats in the marina. Breakfast was great as well. Our TV was a little old and could use updating but with 11 floors, there is only so much they can afford to do at a time. Would definitely go back
