“would consider staying again”

For the price we were very well pleased. The room was layed out nice. There were not good choices of channels on the TV. Was happy with the cleaniness except that the bathroom floor was not swept and mopped because when I went to the restroom there were toe nail all over the floor. It was late and the cleaning crew had already left so I had to clean it myself.

“Good for the price”

We stayed here for 2 nights. Room was clean except the shower had soap scum on walls, tub was clean however. Bed linens could have been a bit better, cigerette hole noted in blanket. Also the blanket under bedspread gave me the absolute willies...texture was very rough and just felt creepy. So if this kinda thing bugs u pack an extra blanket. Bed was fair..not great for a lengthy stay. Renovations were in progress..new toilets, vanity/sink, shower heads noted. Overall it was ok for the price. Next time will spend the few extra bucks for something better.

“Traveling with small kids on Spring Break”

The hotel was in a very good location. The staff was pretty nice and our room was always clean. The kids really enjoyed the heated pool, but not so much the breakfast bar,it needs to have more a variety and it would've been nice to have some fruit for the kids. The only complaint was that our cable/satellite did not work in our room, only about half of the channels worked. The staff tried to fix the problem but the television channels still weren't working, but Overall it was a good hotel to stay when on vacation.

“Got What I Paid For”

It was a good price, but not what I expect out of a hotel. The breakfast was not worth even going down to get. We ate out every morning. The room was fine if all you need it for is to take a shower and sleep. Would not spend any time in the room or hotel. So I got what I paid for.

“Quick stop while waiting for cruise boarding”

Stayed at this hotel because we had to come in a day early before we went on a cruise. Hotel is ok. It is farther from the port than we originally thought. Has an indoor pool and continental breakfast is served.

“Overall great 2 star hotel”

Hotel was clean, the heated pool and spa were nice, bed was comfortable. Had a slight smell in room. Could use a new showerhead. Overall a great cheap hotel.

“Good facilities, awful service”

The hotel was clean and comfortable for the price. However, the guy on the front desk need some serious lessons in customer service. Had to ask things 3-4 times to get a response.

“never again”

We had requested a non smoking room, the clerk said none were available. The clerk was rude, I told him we were going to complain, he said "go ahead". The odor was so bad that we could hardly stand it.
