This property has Zero sound proofing. It was the worst night's sleep I've ever had at a hotel. We were kept up until 1:30 am and then awakened at 6 am with the sounds of people trudging up and down the stairs. We could hear the conversations of people above us. The dirty chair, pillow case, and hair in the bathroom was disappointing--but the lack of quiet was truly outrageous.

Its ok for a quick overnight
Hotel was fine, fairly new so the things are nice and not broken. Check in and check out desk staff were pleasant. Room needed more cleaning attention. There was small refuse around the bed on the floor, a small bit of biological material on the wall in the bathroom and an old stain on the comforter. Im sure the comforter was clean and had been washed, just the old stain was a little offputting.

I felt thankful to have a place to stay but it was definitely one of the dirtiest places. Right down to used towels left in the bathroom along with whatever excrement all over the toilet….if you’re desperate or have very low expectations go for it.

I made this reservation last-minute as we were trying to avoid some winter weather that made travel difficult and dangerous. Against my better judgement, I made this reservation without diving deeper into the reviews. However, I saw that Expedia had rated it decently so I thought it would be fine. I was very wrong. The staff was friendly but the room was unclean and unkept. We entered to find stains on the sheets, mold in the shower, and a bar of used soap left in the shower from a previous guest. The mirror in the bedroom area was covered in spots and smudges and the air conditioner/heater was covered in dust, crumbs, and who knows what else. I reached out to Expedia but there was not much they could do. I already pay for the room and had to stay there. I will avoid staying at another Quality Inn and will think twice before booking last-minute via Expedia.

I had to move out of my first room because it smelled like garbage making me dry heave as soon as I walked in. I was not able to lock the door because it didn’t have part of the closure on the door knob. Second room, sheets were not cleaned (I can’t even go into what was on them), cigarette wholes and pillows smelled like cigarettes.
