We did not get the sheets changed Monday and Tuesday. House keeping did not do a very good job. Monday we had to get our own towels.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. Per our Wyndham Green pledge to help reduce the amount of water, energy and detergents we use daily. For our guests staying more than one night, we will change your towels and sheets every three days unless your request otherwise. I'm sorry you didn't feel we done a good job accommodating you. I do hope you understand our policy. Thank you, we hope to have you stay with us again in the near future.

The key card worked the first time and every time which is not the usual case. Every employee that I talked to was extremely polite and helpful. I liked the room location. The wall sconce on the left side of the bed had a defective switch

No one placed ice melt on the ice that was on the sidewalk. When i went to get in to my truck i slipped fell and slammed my head on the concrete. The only things that were done was a message to maintenence to place ice melt down (which never happened) and i an im sorry from the girl at the front desk. No one came to our room to check on me no phone call no email nothing. Will NEVER stay there again.

Thank you for reviewing our property. I am very sorry to hear about your experience. Our maintenance man checked the parking lot as soon as you let our front desk know about it and found no ice in the parking lot.

Luke warm water in bathtub,was useing it it because l could not get water to shower head. Sink barely drained. Staf was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Think I sould get partial refund or some compensation

The first room I checked into was smoking, and the desk clerk was great about getting me another room. Also, I had just stayed at the Sheraton in Overland Park KS, but the Super 8 had better pillows.

Everything was really great, but i have trouble getting up and down stairs and i got a room on the second floor and they don't have any elevators. Then carrying up luggage and coolers was a struggle for me. But if you have young kids and men, it wouldnt be a problem.

An average motel. Usual amenities.Breakfast was very good with varied choices. I asked for handicapped room, and was given a 2nd story room with no handicapped amenities. Not a deal breaker, but if I had been very handicapped, it would have been terribly inconvenient.
